3. I am in a female dominated profession…. The amount of paperwork and “consultation” has gone through the roof over the past decade as females have taken over the administrative process…. Yet little if anything changes or gets done.

   1. Also had this experience. Worked in Learning & Development for a large Canadian delivery company and the majority of the team were women. The number of pointless meetings and ‘consultations’ was insane and it took forever to get anything done. In fact, on one project, my female boss, another female employee from our department and I had four separate conference calls with a team in the US to discuss the development of a training program. Four calls and absolutely nothing was accomplished. Nothing. Nada. Zippo. And yet, they all complained how busy they were. SOOO glad I’m retired now.

4. Shrug. No surprise that this happened. When an alpha puts his head down and stays silent, after a while he becomes a beta.

5. For sure the Wuhan Scamdemic showed how brutal, ruthless and short-sighted many women in power can and will be.

   How many women would get their prepubescent son turned into a eunuch because they want a “daughter”?
   How many think being nice keeps a jihadist from clacking off a vest?
   How many want men to sit with their legs crossed?

   You can’t have enough real women (Kates and Tamaras) in this world.
   But we get Tams and Henrys, Newsoms and Trudeaus, elected by mewling quims and nutless wonders.

   Empowered women will cull toxic masculine men, salt the earth they strode and then wonder, “Why is this cave so damp and cold?”

   2. I am a female anomaly in that I owned a commercial design business for over 25 years and have renovated 7 houses. As a business owner, I was like the “little red hen”. I would be sales, designer, drafting (manual and then AutoCAD), permit application, project manager and collection agency (restaurants and hotels are very bad at paying their final invoices).
      I totally agree with Adam Corolla, in that most of the women whom I have met, love to “talk, talk, talk” and then when you start to implement the project, they like to “revise, revise, revise”. My “brother from another mother” still has to work as a designer. Two years ago, he had a “less than special” client who liked to brag about being a U of T professor of medicine (which made her an expert in kitchen design). After she and her husband had signed off on the drawings and the finishes, she then would change her mind half-way through the build, costing large sums of money. She also took 6 months to pay the final invoice. My friend was so “done” after that.

8. Really, TikTok and other recent examples have me rethinking Salem— and whether that wasn’t a rational response to irrational behaviors exhibited by the current raft harridans.

9. DND and the CF are a good example. A feminist PM and a diversity hire feminist defense minister (Anand) and the focus became culture change and DEI while the primary mission of the CF became secondary. A lot of bullshit rules and regs and Komissar positions created like the Chief Professional Conduct and Culture (3 star!) while actual capability declined or were lost. Kneeling to BLM, branding the CF systematically racist and tearful apologies about past made up sins.

Well sorry, Carolla, but since women *do* vote, the following two groups of people need to be courting women’s vote: (1) all who want to slow down the Leftist agenda in any way, and (2) all women who don’t want the Ds to think they’re appealing to us when they babble about abortion being a right.

    Men who don’t want to elect left-wingnuts can help our side by denouncing the Republicans in Virginia who failed to turn out and elect Winsome Earle-Sears, by rallying non-leftists elsewhere to vote for non-leftist women whenever they are nominated, by making sure they NEVER question women’s competence or sound as if they thought they were more logical because they belong to the half of humankind that commits 99.99% of the violent crime.

    Accepting that the parts of the world where people want to live desperately need a population decrease won’t hurt, either. Nor will accepting that women tend to do best at jobs that involve thinking and talking, just as men tend to do best at jobs that involve heavy lifting.

    I’ll fret about whether those poor helpless men can keep jobs without discrimination in their favor AFTER I know I can walk down any street, at any time, without being harassed.

For example, if Carolla is really concerned about the balance between process-thinking and outcome-thinking, he could lose the stupid gender stereotypes and simply talk about process-thinking and outcome-thinking. Some women look for outcomes TOO. Some women say “Fix facts first: feelings follow.” Heterosexual women who have babies are NOT necessarily “satiated” by talking about things without doing anything about them. “Just talking” may be more tolerated by society when women do it; it is not a true biological trait like growing facial hair or producing milk. So Carolla merely sounds stupid to me–and scary to women who listen to left-wing rhetoric. It’s okay to call for attention to facts and outcomes, but men need to be sure they don’t support stereotypes that feed into the big left-wing stereotype that non-leftist men just want to abuse and oppress women.

11. Adam Corolla’s observation lacks a couple of qualifiers and an identification of the cause:
    … the fact that many weak minded women have become more influential in society recently,
    at the expense of other much more capable men and women, is undeniable.

    It’s also by design:
    … there will always be some people weak in mind or skill who look for shortcuts in life at others’ expense,
    while proclaiming ‘empathy’ for their victims and arguing from a fake higher moral ground.

    Socialism (marxism):
    … perfectly exploits this human weakness, being attractive to all conniving people,
    because it rewards the inherently inactive manipulator.
