    1. I thought it would be 9 – 9. I don’t think there’s much ambiguity in the Constitution or legislation. There’s no mess. They took the tax from individuals or companies. Just pay it back.

      1. Nonsense … the tariff “tax” was paid by consumers. None other than The Fed said so as their reason for keeping interest rates high … not to mention KM (on repeat). Hence all those individuals and companies have already been made whole.

        And here is where I repeat this example of why tariff outrage is so fake. When leftist governments impose huge minimum wage increases … substantially raising the cost of business … resulting in huge losses to “individuals and and companies” … no one ever calls for the taxpayers to make restitution.

        Psssst … restitution isn’t coming out of Trump’s pocket … it’s coming out of MINE! Hence, according to The Federal Reserve (and KM) … I am getting taxed TWICE. This only makes perfect sense to a UniParty Deep Stater.
