Can someone please explain to me why the massacre of Jews at Bondi Beach is being commemorated as an example of *Islamophobia* at the Manitoba Legislature?

Israel’s actions after 7 October against those living in Gaza were justified. The west has forgotten what it is to be attacked, and then to fight back.

Islam is the annoying little sibling that takes a swing at you without consideration of consequences, and when there is the least little possibility of retaliation they go crying to mom.

The only phobia involved is on their behalf in consideration of what they truly deserve.

We should only take northern Manitoba to have access to the deep water port of Churchill. Yes, I know that the port is only operational for about 5-6 months of the year, but that would still work for moving grain and other commodities.
I graduated from the U of M in 1975 and loved living in Winnipeg during that time. Sadly, it has descended into an mess, especially the downtown which is like an urban reserve with the attendant Money Marts, garbage and unemployed people on drugs or drink. So glad I did not retire there.
