A Pivotal Moment in American History

Donald Trump, JD Vance, and Pam Bondi must fully realize that what happens next wrt the ongoing corruption in Minnesota and other states will determine the future success or failure of the Republican Party in 2026 & 2028 and beyond.

The “UniParty” conspiracy theory is ever present in the minds of many inclined to vote for the Republicans. Too often, we hear a lot of talk (blah, blah, blah), but few to no REAL actions.

If people aren’t arrested, prosecuted, and jailed (after a just conviction in a court of law), then most people will rightfully conclude that the Republicans are in on the crimes. Such prosecutions must also apply to governors, state attorney generals, and everyone in the federal government. There cannot be laws for thee, but not for me in the United States of America.

  1. I volunteer for the firing squad in the execution of Communist/Somali Governor of Minnesota – Tampon Tim Walz.

  2. As of 12/30/25, there have been 90 arrests; 60 convictions….and 82 of those 90 were Somalian. This is not a new situation brought to light by Nick Shirley. This is something the DOJ has been looking into for months. However, only recently has it started receiving the public scrutiny that it deserves. That’s just in Minnesota.

Blue states (California, Illinois, Washington, Oregon, New York etc.) are all refusing to provide required documentation to allow an audit of their programs. I suspect that one of the major reasons for this is that Federal appropriations are not only being absconded through massive fraud, but because these states are shuffling money (illegally) to projects unassociated with the appropriation requirements. For example, there have been billions in federal funds given to California over the last 12 years with very little progress on a High Speed Rail. I suspect part of the reason is that those funds ended up in other programs totally separate from transportation.

I think what’s going to happen is that the Federal government is going to exercise its option to place liens on State owned real estate and financial investments (which is totally legal) to recover money not documented properly. And, now the Blue state politicians involved in these shenanigans are in a very difficult situation that has them resorting to farcical misdirection.

    1. “I suspect part of the reason is that those funds ended up in other programs totally separate from transportation.”
More likely a significant chunk of the money ended up in personal banks accounts of corrupt pols.

    2. Orson, those arrests and convictions are well and good, but they are basically small potatoes within the larger framework.

It’s the enablers, political or otherwise, and the honchos guiding the fraud schemes that need to be brought to justice.

  3. The perception is that Bondi has to get prosecutions and people need to go to jail. Soon. And not just small fry. I know the wheels of justice turn slowly, etc, etc. But her head will roll if she doesn’t get with the program. And this isn’t just about the Somali grift.

    1. From the Clinton travel Office scandal in 1993 until now, the message has been sent to the unelected bureaucracy.

Do what you have to do, legal or not, to get what we want done and you will never pay any consequences.

    1. Great info.

Left unsaid is Barak O’Rama’s Fundamental Transformation of America
(intentional bankruptcy) as the ultimate source of,

… “Minnesota’s communist network of cradle-to-grave welfare programs for all”

… “Somalis involved in the various fraud schemes have purchased new homes, commercial properties, expensive luxury vehicles, traveled extensively abroad while enjoying first class luxury accommodations, purchased foreign investment property, and sent billions of dollars back to Somalia and neighboring [wait for it] Kenya”

  4. I agree with Robert Barnes opinion of Pay to Play Bondi, totally incompetent and totally corrupt and clueless as to conservative causes. She is opposing appeals by the framed Michigan kidnappers and appeals of convictions on firearms charges. She totally embarrassed Trump by withholding the Epstein files. And she has frigged up every high profile case she has brought forward. Matt Gates would have been a hell of a lot better.

    1. Well scarp if you agree than it’s bullschitt, as you are as STUPID as the jessica colon.
They just dumped 5 million pages of Eipstain files on the DOJ, they are using similar tactics to what they used during T1. The swamp is very deep, and Bondi can not function solo, so she has to rely on what she’s got, and that is corrupt swampers, being STUPID you wouldn’t be able to figure that out, now would you?

      1. “They just dumped 5 million pages of Eipstain files on the DOJ”

After Trump ate all the bad press for withholding the files, Congress ordered them released. Bondi is an idiot. Bondi is the Swamp.

    2. A key issue here is the press. We may have reached a critical mass in media coverage. IF this stays on the front pages politicians, even from the left, will be forced to act.
      Medicaid fraud is a 95 – 5 issue.
Republicans will benefit from th3e publicity of massive fraud. Why should they extend Obamacare subsidies for another three years?

  5. While we all sit up here in the sanctimonious Great White North deriding Americans for Trump’s policies that are bringing massively needed changes to America, who is to say that Canada’s governing party hasn’t been playing the same game as the Democrats. Remember Obambam’s promise was picked up alarmingly quickly by the Junior Trudeau government. I could go on to explain but to those of you who already understand no explanation is necessary to those that don’t understand there is no way in the world you could understand the explanation. An interesting sidebar that has not received the attention that it is due is that in the 24 hours after Harris nominated Timmy the Democratic election campaign received $36 million in donations. Was he that much of a star attraction?
