8. I don’t see any connection between her sexuality and her administrative qualifications. When her gayness supersedes basic qualifications, I think it is because there is something lacking in her administrative skills.
   If others want to think it is because she lacks something within her sexuality skill set, have at it, it’s easy to have a guess at what she’s like but nobody needs that front and centre in her job description.
