  1. The concluding paragraph from a Sky News story I posted today about the “Extreme” “Atmospheric River” causing floods and avalanches oh my! …

California is prone to extreme weather events, not helped by the state experiencing wet periods followed rapidly by very dry weather. The Golden State has previously suffered from drought and wildfires to earthquakes and flooding.

Huh? Yet SO MANY people live in this State precisely BECAUSE of the beautiful temperate weather. Wow, Sky News … the weather gets rainy and wet … then the rain stops and it gets dry. Who are they writing for? Alien children who don’t understand basic English terminology?

Yes, CA is a hellhole! Don’t come here! Stay home in your frozen wasteland where you get carpet Bombed by Cyclones. Go home. Get OUT of CA! Save yourselves! Sky News has WARNED you.

Extreme Weather aka Global Warming aka Fossil Fuel planetary death

      1. When it rains in the desert … the water doesn’t soak into the soil. There is no soil as you know it. So it ALL runs off … in flash floods. We design for this in the desert areas. So yeah … the media can find all manner of horrific-looking torrents, wash outs, and clogged grates. And yes, some mudslides.

Same as it ever was … same as it ever… was.
