Carney missed the part about “digester gas” from every waste water treatment plant, in cities, towns, pig farms. He’s so full of it.
Calgary had a cogen plant running on digester gas in the early 1980’s.
I’ve driven thru methane fog banks in Manitoba on the TC Hwy. Another nothingburger tax about natural occuring elements.
