10. If it is the intent of the Gov’t of Canada to make people hate them, they are/will be successful.

    In a free society the gov’t has no place in bestowing one the allowance of being able to have chickens lay eggs, or for a milk cow to produce milk, or for the Gov’t of PEI to not permit you to keep turkeys without a farm permit.
