Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

the caramilk.
l suggested at a party once to someone ‘in the know’ the caramilk is frozen then enclosed by the 2 chocolate ‘halves’. they reacted in a way that suggested l was ‘on to something’ but did not disclose the trade secret.
Maybe because I’m older than Tim Pool, but I remember when the open, and free use of words like dictator, Hitler, fascist, etc, used against the political Right started intensely after George W. was re-elected president the second time. Democrats were so afraid, because they lost two general elections in a row, plus the midterm between them, where Republicans added seats in both the House and Senate.
W.( leader of the uni party at the time) was on a roll after 9/11. That’s when the harsh rhetoric really got wound-up, and Republicans and Bush said nothing to deter or counter it.
p.s.
something Tim could have added when talking about the social media feeds that display left leaning stories. (perhaps it doesn’t need mentioning for a lot of people), but the more you click those stories, the more left leaning stories you will get.
Great commentary by Tim Pool. We all knew this, deep down, but to hear it laid out so succinctly is eye-opening.
My father sends me links to ‘police brutality’ videos; he seems convinced that all police are corrupt bullies who run around arresting and beating people for no good reason. I respond by sending him videos of ‘Karens’ being arrested at airports, bars, Walmarts, beaches traffic stops, etc. There are tens of thousands of police interactions in the US every day, and the vast majority of them involve people acting like entitled idiots and the police showing incredible patience and restraint. It’s all about your *sources* of information, as Tim alludes.
(oh, and I figured out the Caramilk thing back in the day just by looking at the bar and spotting the obvious seam…)
Give the left an ‘out’.
Ask them why they are hate filled, violent, and intolerant.
Is intolerance and violence inherent to being a liberal or did the MSM that make them be like that?
Is it their fault or can they blame someone else?
Are liberals drawn to the MSM hate like moths to a lame or flies to shit?
Milking the Caracows is a hazardous undertaking.
And so is making Caracheese.
