      well if that was kg . . . . my personal record is 350 pounds.
      that was after l was institutionalized for being ‘dangerous’.
      consequently l worked myself up to 10,000 diagonal pushups per day
      (ie off the edge of a table)
      then when they let me in the gym thats when l did it.
      l mocked the doctors that tried their damnedest to egg me on to ‘do something’
      and told them if l was actually dangerous, then after that long eating hospital food some likelihood sumbuddy woulda been hurt bad.
      they didnt like that either.

      oh, ps, bragging rights? l took a tenant with me to the weight room 2019 he witnessed and l documented a record leg press. 4 reps at 1685 pounds. the ’68’ was an ‘inside joke’ it was my age at the time.
