    Commendations to Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom for their illustrious leadership in this time of crisis. It wasn’t easy for Gavin who took time off from preparing his 2028 Presidential bid, to ensure the permit process was bureaucratically efficient.

    Now if only California had enough workers to build these homes!
