   Douglas Murray tried to make a point that will be lost on the masses.
   The attempt to make an analogy of Homer’s analogy about the Sirens and relate it to the topic at hand is a stretch and misbegotten. Say it in today’s benighted terms and tropes.
   He may think we all went to Eton and got a good liberal arts insight, but he misses the fact that most people today think Homer is Simpson and not that dead, blind muse of forgotten antiquity.
   The danger is past, and still I remain tied to the mast.
