TBF … that’s the Tijuana, Mexico coastline. Stinky, filthy, dirty Mexican human excrement dumped into the ocean. Infrastructure? Waste Treatment? We don’ need no stinkin’ infrastructure!
Just like MoanReal…
And so many want to turn America into the 3rd world. What is wrong with these people?
And when Donald Trump calls certain nations … shitholes. Uh, yeah … he was speaking quite literally … not figuratively.
India has recently built millions of crappers because something like 40% of the population crapped in the open. nothing like fresh turds squeezing through the toes of your bare feet. I thought sewage treatment removed and essentially composted the turds and paper and only the more or less inert liquid hit the river or ocean. That’s the way it’s supposed to work.
yeah, now do montreal and the st lawrence etc. merde!
excuse no caps i am tired
Do they still do that?
Technically no. Victoria, B.C. and St. John’s NL are the only 2 major cities that still discharge raw sewage into the ocean. A few years back Montreal needed to service its sewage infrastructure and discharged something like 1 trillion litres of raw sewage directly into the St. Lawrence while they worked on the pipes – because it was the cheapest way to make the repairs.
The picture provided could most certainly be taken from a much lower altitude than where we’re told “space” begins.
I guess Halifax has the tide to suck all that crap away. I bet you divers schedule their dives around it.
Democrat response?
“It’s all organic.”
On the job. Governor Hair Gel is always looking out for the citizens of California.

The report on sewage does not say where the poop comes from. I assumed Mexico? But the Internet tells me that San Diego County discharges sewage directly into the ocean and there are 14 permitted discharge points along the New Jersey shoreline where untreated poop goes into the Atlantic.
