  1. TBF … that’s the Tijuana, Mexico coastline. Stinky, filthy, dirty Mexican human excrement dumped into the ocean. Infrastructure? Waste Treatment? We don’ need no stinkin’ infrastructure!

  3. And when Donald Trump calls certain nations … shitholes. Uh, yeah … he was speaking quite literally … not figuratively.

    1. India has recently built millions of crappers because something like 40% of the population crapped in the open. nothing like fresh turds squeezing through the toes of your bare feet. I thought sewage treatment removed and essentially composted the turds and paper and only the more or less inert liquid hit the river or ocean. That’s the way it’s supposed to work.

          1. Technically no. Victoria, B.C. and St. John’s NL are the only 2 major cities that still discharge raw sewage into the ocean. A few years back Montreal needed to service its sewage infrastructure and discharged something like 1 trillion litres of raw sewage directly into the St. Lawrence while they worked on the pipes – because it was the cheapest way to make the repairs.
