I can even tell you which tribes. It’s simple. Some of the Cree tribes formed an agreement with the RCMP for police service. Some didn’t. About 3 or 4 weeks ago there was a post on this site noting a certain Cree Tribe putting a curfew in place. They didn’t sign on with the RCMP and were responding to an increase in strangers showing up in their neighborhoods.

At the time I noted that most of these visitors likely spoke Spanish. It’s a perfect set-up. No law enforcement presence, and plenty of money to spread around. Of course the Cartels are exploiting indigenous “sovereignty”. Duh.

If they want to be “nations”, I suggest we treat them as such. Secure the borders of Canada with the reserves, and treat transportation blockades as an act of war.
