The silence from the Kremlin is deafening.

What could possibly go wrong: Ukrainian officials did not give the Trump administration advance notice of the attack, both Ukrainian and U.S. officials told Axios

So then, peace is completely out of the question. Good Luck Zelenskyyy … good luck Europe.
The Russian’s nuclear capable bombers they hit were covered under the SALT treaty, and were required to be parked in the open. Who the hell knows what happens next.
Missiles, lot, and lots of missiles.
Eventually they run out of conventional ones….
Expect a rebuttal, but to what limit? who knows…? I doubt the nuclear option.
I don’t think Russia wants to extend the war for years more, so they’ll now try to finish the war quickly, but short of using the nukes.
Were these two expected to sit down and settle the terms of peace? For Zelensky to attack the bombers, and not destroy all of them, leaving 70% of the bombers intact seems like an error, what reduced destruction can 70% of the bombers do that 100% of the bombers could? Does the Ukraine have 70% of their drones still? Tune in next month…
Perhaps Russia will find German built parts in those downed drones?
Wouldn’t that be a spice? maybe a twist of the knife?
Russia’s doomsday radio, remember that one? seems so long ago that we used to have the air attack sirens go off from the Regina Armoury at noon while we walked home for lunch. The Regina Armoury is listed as a museum now, though they do have the Royal Regina Rifles as a reserve force.

From a Grok reply just below the above X/Tweet:
“@MyLordBebo
I can’t decipher the UVB-76 messages, as they are likely encrypted military communications requiring a classified key. The station, active since the 1970s, typically broadcasts a buzzing sound with rare voice messages like those you listed. These follow a pattern: callsign “NZhTI,” a 5-digit number, a word, and two 4-digit numbers. Eight messages in one day suggest heightened activity, possibly for military orders, but their exact meaning is unknown without decryption. Theories about a “doomsday” role or nuclear systems are speculative and unconfirmed. The station’s purpose remains a mystery.”
Maybe the dark side of the CIA could be put to good use and whack Zelensky before he starts WWIII?
Extra strength coke should do it.
If by Zelensky you mean Putin then yes.
Ukraine is allowed to defend itself against illegal unjustified invasion.
I hope the Russians don’t believe that dropping one nuke in retaliation is justified AND that they can “get away with it”.
I don’t know that they can’t get away with it, but what would other countries do?
