Trump is the author of the Abraham Accords even if Kushner gets the credits. The Arab states want stability in the ME especially the ones who like their lifestyle. They will sign on as an act of self defence. They will accommodate Trump on Gaza demands. Resettle the Palestinians etc.
Israel will sign as well. Bibi gets punted in the process.
I think this will be Donald Trump’s legacy accomplishment, even more than everything else he has done (and will do). He was so close to doing it in his first term, but ran out of time. There are times when not being a ‘real’ politician has hurt him, and then there are times like this when it has made the impossible possible….every US President in the last 50 years had tried and failed to pull this off. Much respect to Trump for making this a reality.
Based on previous history (and as Dr. Phil repeatedly says, you have to go by a person/country’s history), I would not trust them ever.
