5. Re Welcome to Canada text, there should be some incentive for the other way around: US to allow Conservative accomplished middle-age middle income families from Canada to have permanent residence in USA.

   Reason: refugee from a pre-Orwell-1984 country. Just like smart Jewish Germans escaped Hitler’s pre-WW2 regime early 1930s. Have this thing as a fast-tracked visa program. Capital-threshold to be small, around house purchase level ($3-400k).
