1. As with any human institution the Catholic Church is subject to being led by men of varying value. Pope Francis was on the weak end of the scale. Hopefully the cardinals will elect someone to take the Church back to its true mission of tending to spiritual values and leave aside such secular diversions as climate alarmism. Plus return to the traditional moral direction to issues such as homosexuality and marriage.

   1. What’s always puzzled me is exactly how a Marxist Jesuit like Frankie managed to ascend to the papacy when, much like our senate, John Paul 2 and Benedict would have ensured ideological and doctrinal alignment of those they selected as Cardinals.
      How was Benedict’s resignation orchestrated? It’s almost unheard of for that to happen? Was this part and parcel of the globalist powerplay?

7. The CBC reports that Poilievre is “dodging questions” about gun control when in fact he said that most illegal guns are coming into Canada from the US. The CBC also noted that Trump wants to cut budgets of antisemitic universities and questioned whether Poilievre would do the same. Meanwhile the CBC ran a lovely story about Mark Carney complete with a Stanley Cup Game 7 quote and a photo of Carney and his wife waving to an unseen adoring crowd. The CBC’s political coverage in this election is the most blatantly biased it’s ever been and smacks of desperation. One can only hope the Corpse will fail in its attempts to smear the Conservatives.
