47: You Wanted Lawfare?

Welcome to the New Rules.

President Donald Trump has once again taken decisive action against the entrenched forces of corruption that have weaponized America’s legal system against conservatives.

Trump signed an executive order that officially cuts off the notorious global law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from federal contracts and security clearances.

The order cites the firm’s deep ties to politically motivated prosecutions, radical left-wing discrimination policies, and its attempts to undermine American democracy.

Paul Weiss isn’t some random target—it’s a poster child for everything conservatives despise about the legal swamp. The firm’s rap sheet, as laid out in the order, reads like a laundry list of anti-American offenses.

Complete surrender.

  1. Defund the leftist Lawyers. Yeah, we didn’t make the rules … but we’ll play your game.

    And defund the NGO’s

    1. When I talk about wanting to see the various factotums and beneficiaries of government graft standing out on Sparks Street in Ottawa selling pencils, this is exactly what I mean. An entire law firm devoted to nothing but political lawfare, shut down with the stroke of a pen. What an inspiration.

I really hope the CPC is paying attention here, because this is what I expect them to do as well. There are endless NGOs and crooked law firms in Canada making sure you can’t so much as build a house, much less a business. Time to see them all unemployed.

  2. Kenji ….I don’t know who the hell you are but I certainly know that you and I are on the same wave length when it comes to politics . We Canadians have subjected ourselves to 10 years of liberal corruption to the point where we are no longer a serious nation . Our own idiot custodian once described us a post national state what ever the F that means . While your president declares war on the deep state our overlords embrace it .

    1. Bill, sad to say, but the corruption in/of Canada goes back well before the Turd. He just was the most cavalier about it, as classless as he is. We could even say the very founding of the nation was an enterprise in graft.

Interestingly, the department store that created “Canada,” the Hudson’s Bay Company, has filed for bankruptcy as it cannot make a go of it here. That about says it all regarding the true state of this once barely-a-nation, and now, post-barely-a-nation.

I came to the conclusion of Alberta separatism in 1980, only due to the obvious – that “Canada,” whatever it was, wasn’t about to ever grow up and not be a pyramid scheme of continent-wide pick-pockets.

    2. Bill … I read the subliminal message in your compliment. That you agree with my politics but not my Christianity nor my LGBTqueer EXIT. And probably not my enthusiasm for the psychedelic music era.

Please note: I don’t proselytize … I simply share my faith. I’ve never pushed anyone to BELIEVE or else. I treat my political opinion the same way. I don’t burn Teslas because I think EV mandates are insane. And I stridently oppose the LGBTQueers because they’re trying to normalize and proselytize deviancy to my grandchildren in the public schools and persist in pushing the mind virus that says a girl can become a boy. Defund the deviancy. But no, I couldn’t care less what two consenting adults do to each other. Meh. Not interesting to me. Doesn’t affect me.

But seriously … you MUST like psychedelic prog rock … or ELSE you’re no friend of mine! Hahaha ha ha ha …

PS … I’m a nobody. Just a fish out of water here in the S.F. Gay Area.

    3. kenji is my long lost twin.
on a serious note my great uncle Cartwright took upon himself to do a family tree. we were on the side of the north in 1861-5, most distant relatives are American. l feel a certain satisfaction to that.

  3. “While your president declares war on the deep state our overlords embrace it .”

Our overlords embrace it indeed … on both sides of the H of C aisle. But that’s probably because 75 percent of the electorate want it that way.

  4. The deep state is the CBC on steroids.. All of our institutions and the NGOs playing patty cake together on the public dime.. Everything including our MSM is corrupted with government money.. America was bad.. We are over the tipping point IMO.. If we were to cut out the graft we would be nothing but skin and bones.. 2/3rds of the nation would be unemployed..

And just how is democracy supposed to function under these conditions?.

    1. It’s not Buster, that’s the point. Yuri Bezmenov, a Soviet defector to the States in the early 80’s, told anyone who would listen that the government of Canada had been thoroughly penetrated by the KGB to the point that they used us as training and staging grounds for their American infiltration because they owned every government organization that could stop them.

No matter our size or natural resource wealth, our miniscule population has assured that we have always been a pawn in a greater game and it’s been in our governments best interests to make sure that we never figure that out.

  5. I was listening to Mark Levin yesterday. He had a clip of an interview some MSM did with Schumer. Schumer said the good news was that the Democrats had installed a couple of hundred activist judges in the later stages of the Biden term in order to resist and impede the Trump administration. As we can now see from the various lawsuits and pronouncements of crackpot judges. The interesting thing is that he flat out said so, no beating around the bush or innuendos. He did not use the word activist, I think he said “progressive”. Same difference.

  6. Please. Who are these three blind mice podcasters that have never noticed Private companies bending over to Presidential politics? Covid policy, DIE, DIE struggle sessions anyone. ESG ratings. Decarbonization. It goes way back. Obama loved to punish his “enemies” and was very open about it. It’s only extraordinary because the shoe is on the other foot. Just a guess but these three must be democrats in bubble jobs.
