    1. Reset, “Сброс”, was also spelled incorrectly on the button.

As for cyber threat, I would hope internally all potential threats are still being taken seriousluy.

  1. Russia is no longer a threat to us! They’ve had along history of enmity toward all us “infidels”, non-communists, and I doubt they have changed.
Is this naivety or an indication the current administration is aligned with Putin, and if so, against China?

      1. No, it isn’t. Not any more. That’s a big reason our betters don’t like them much any more.

        1. Last visit to Russia I was very impressed by the large selection of dairy products at very reasonable prices. Also the hundred or more beer choices at an ordinary grocery store. Why can’t we have nice things like that in Canaduh?

Tell us agin how secure kanadian elections are, you touted yerself as an expert bc you once were election shill.

    2. Cyber Command is standing down on cyber attacks, not cyber defense. If you’re in the middle of trying to negotiate better relations with a country, you need to make a show of good faith.

  2. I never realized Hegseth was such a stupid ass moron. He hides it well. Those mid-terms are going to be brutal. Republican congressmen are already hiding from their voters. The Russia, Russia, Russia stuff from 2016. I’m guessing it was true. The pee pee tapes? I’m guessing true.

      1. Kate, GYM/NME/sock insulting every poster on this blog every time his lithium wears off is his hallmark. You’re just getting around to censuring him now?

    1. We’ll see about that. Let’s see your face when the Republicans increase their majority after finally suppressing Democratic voter fraud.

Step one: an end to voting-by-mail. Unless you’re serving in the military or diplomatic corps, you turn up at the polling station in the place where you claim to live, photo ID and proof of citizenship in hand, and you vote there, or you don’t vote at all.

Step two: an armed citizen at the door of every polling station to discourage any would-be illegal voters.

Do that and the GOP have the House and Senate till the Messiah comes.

    2. The mid terms are indeed going to be interesting, especially if there’s a trade war. Rising prices and falling employment will not endear Trump to the public, and the American people may be looking to counter balance him with a Democratic congress.

  3. Reading the article, I’m guessing that Pete will have to come up with some better
    responses than his Hillary image.

I’m certain that is a must for you to get it, butt the rest understand the implication.

  4. This is a deke – something to embolden Russian hackers into farting around and finding out.

  5. Hillary Clinton is IRRELEVANT. A mediocre senator and a disaster as Obama’s Secretary of State, she has held no official position besides failed presidential candidate in more then a decade.

      1. Seriously? Talk of wanting to urinate on HER … because of HER lies was offensive?

OK … I’ll go back to being a “nice Republican”

    1. A former Russian Ambassador … a photo-op with Hildebeast years ago; they just “re-set” US – Ruskie relationships. Hence the smiles. So she’s hardly in the position to accuse anyone of sucking to the Ruskies.

    2. Wasn’t that the reset when Hillary and Bill sold the rights to the plutonium in California thru CanadaOne to Russian? Billary made an awful lot of money. No wonder she’s all sh!t-grinny!

    3. That’s Sergey Lavrov. He was Russian Foreign Minister back then and today he’s now Russian Foreign Minister. In fact he’s been Russian Foreign Minister since 2004, which is a totally normal thing in totally normal democracies.

  6. The only two emotions Hillary is able to feel are contempt and greed. Malice may be on the spectrum as well, deplorable detector is activated as a default operating system.

  7. “…under Trump’s new Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, U.S. Cyber Command has been ordered to ‘stand down from all planning against Russia, including offensive digital actions.'”

    Good.

The Russian people are not enemies of the United States and never were. The Bolsheviks, creations of German intelligence during the Great War, were enemies of the United States.

So are the globalists backing Vladimir Zelensky, the most dangerous Russian-“Jewish” warmonger since Leon Trotsky. The war in the Ukraine is the Second Russian Civil War, and Trump doesn’t care to be on the wrong side. No leader who put his country first would.

Don’t fret, though. Useful work can be found for those wasting their careers looking for mythical Russian hackers. Looking for all-too-real Chinese hackers comes to mind.

  8. “Russia is not a significant cyber threat to the U.S. anymore, Trump’s new Defense Secretary says.”

Who would have thought the end of Western civilisation would be so hilariously funny?
