  1. RE: ” Two-tier justice in Blackie’s Canada.”
    This corrupt, ideologically driven, lie-beral government is determined to generate EVEN MORE CRIME in our cities with extremely divisive programs like this.
    If ever you’ve hoped that the liebs would reform themselves in time for the impending election, your hopes have just been dashed. Liebs will never change their evil and corrupt ways.

    1. If I am wrong, please correct me, but Black people make up a very small percentage (under 5%) of the Canadian population. They seem to be mostly in Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and play football on the Canadian Prairies. Indigeous and Metis peoples make up 2 million of Canada’s 40 million population. This is just my personal observations, but living here in Regina, Indigenous peoples cause most of the crime and fires (I am looking at you North Central and at the Heritage neighbourhoods).
      I am 73 and for at least the last 10 years, I am fed up with all of the pandering to these 2 groups of people.

    2. Utter insanity! They purportedly want to help black people who have ended up in the criminal justice system as a result of systemic racism? Horse pucky! They ended up in the criminal justice system as a result of committing crimes.

      What they really want to do is stir up anger & racial division so they can virtue signal how admirable they are for fighting racism.

  2. “States have figured out how to scam Medicaid to finance their other spending priorities.”

    “One trick is to impose taxes on hospitals and managed care insurance plans, which states use to spend more on Medicaid to collect more federal dollars. For every dollar the states spend on Medicaid the feds chip in one to three.”

    Towards the end of the article you can see what else some states spend Medicaid funds on;
    California – arts and music lessons
    Oregon – cooking classes.

    Federal per capita Medicaid spending:
    – Florida = $991
    – Texas = $1239
    – Illinois = $1715
    – California = $2167
    – New York = $3046
