  1. It is to be hoped the Supreme Court will act quickly on this, and set obstructionist liberal law-faring Democrats back on their heels. We absolutely need a precedent established to clarify that inferior courts are not “separate and equal” to the Chief Executive. If nothing else, Amy Berman Jackson has had so many previous confrontations with Trump that she likely should have recused herself; but then, ethical behavior is a conservative thing.

    1. Where damages can be solved with cash, specific performance is usually not ordered by the courts. The guy has a right to illegally withheld wages. He doesn’t have the right to the job.
