  1. What a self important and pompous a@@! If elected, he will be worse than Trudeau. Spread this clip around so that all may understand what the narcissistic communist bastard really is.

    1. Bring the prick on. The sooner this shithole of a country hits rock bottom, the sooner we can rebound, revolt or separate. Whatever.

    2. “If elected, he will be worse than Trudeau.”

Much more than that. Carbon Tax Carney was the principal economic advisor for Justatwit for the past several years. After all, no one could possibly imagine that Garden Gnome Barbie has the slighest idea of how to be Minister of Finance.

No, he’s not a communist. He’s much worse: an international bankster and full member of the WEF club.

    1. He was largely responsible for Brookfield Renewables, which is a dogcrap investment showing a 5 year return of 5.74% compared to the TSX composite at +47.38%

  2. “Zero con Carney”

Net zero is a con and he’s an official part of it. Spend real money, get imaginary benefits.

  3. L- Mark Carney, soon to be the Prime Minister of Canada for… vying with Kim Campbell for
the briefest tenure in Canada’ s history, would still be able to pad his resume’ with it. Mind
    you, if he conjures up a scheme to achieve making Canada(Trudeau’s dream come true;
that by making the first, post nation state(failed state). He’d also achieve the ignominy of
being the last Prime Minister of Canada.

This is a feasible scenario, if he successfully tempts Jagmeet Singh with e.I. Becoming the Deputy Prime Minister or Minister of (ill)health. Then Prime Minister Carnival might survive
long enough to finish Canada off, say by an Oct. 2025 election. This would force Pres. D.J. Trump to follow through on enough trade sanctions, for the economy of the Canadian ship of state to run aground. To end up a protectorate of the International Monetary Fund(think the W.E.F. with Power of Attorney over Canuckistan.

What other mischief ? He could arrange to have Megan and Harry, appointed Governors-
General of Canada. To be continued…

    1. If made Lib leader, I think Trudeau holds on as caretaker PM until election occurs. Two reasons:
      1. Governor General is to pick someone as PM who she thinks can command confidence of House. If Trudeau resigns, she can only appoint new Lib leader if NDP say they will support the new leader as PM. Other course of action will create a constitutional crisis. Trudeau should be happy to help out with this.
      2. Carney isn’t an MP and can’t be until after election. Canada has never had a PM who was not an MP. No way the Libs want to go into an election with an unelected banker lording over Canadians as PM. It is just not done.

      1. Mike

        Re #2.

When John Turner was sworn in he was not a MP, nor was he a Senator.

Perhaps El Turd will appoint Carney as a Senator, until the next election.

Note, some are saying the Libs could ignore the four year election rule, and try to go to 2026.

        1. Thanks Joe for the correction. Turner did have the confidence of the house at the time as Libs had a majority.

      2. “Canada has never had a PM who was not an MP”

Canada has had a couple of PMs who led from the Senate and a few without a seat in either house for short periods. There is no requirement that the Prime Minister be an MP. He still has to retain confidence of the House. Normal expectation is that the PM should get elected to the House within a reasonable time but there is no absolute requirement. To rule from outside Parliament for an extended period would be bad politics.

        1. A lame duck.
          A leader without a podium.
Kind of like a dictator. Unelected and Unaccountable.
          A Perfect Globalist LIEberal.
In a sane world, this sad excuse of a government would get a vote of non-confidence and sent to the polls to let the people decide. But, Meethead is a corrupt asshole, that pays lip service to “the people” while solely concerned about “what’s in it for ME?”.
He should be extradited to India to face the criminal charges awaiting him there.

    2. “vying with Kim Campbell for the briefest tenure in Canada’ s history”
      Not too fast.
      Kim Campbell 132 days
      John Turner 79 days
      Charles Tupper 68 days

  4. “Carney draws inspiration from, among others, Marx, Engels and Lenin, but the agenda he promotes differs from Marxism in two key respects. First, the private sector is not to be expropriated but made a “partner” in reshaping the economy and society. Second, it does not make a promise to make the lives of ordinary people better, but worse. Carney’s Brave New World will be one of severely constrained choice, less flying, less meat, more inconvenience and more poverty: “Assets will be stranded, used gasoline powered cars will be unsaleable, inefficient properties will be unrentable,” he promises.”

    1. Now all we need is him to stand at the podium and repeat “All within Canada, nothing outside Canada, nothing against Canada!” and his short man syndrome will be complete.

    2. This combination of industry and state for total population control is the actual govt system prescribed by the doctrine of Fascism. Most people today do not know what the word actually describes. Hitler started off fascist but ended up crazy – but I repeat myself.

    1. He is like Leisure Suit Larry.
But it’s like a lounge lizard after hitting that age when they have to go to Epstein Island to get some.
      Oh wait…

  5. Note to Carney … the American “society” just voted AGAINST Net Zero … which is really Net $0.00 in our bank accounts

  6. net zero is just another name for prince selfiesox of blackface , the empty hair.

he was like xiden , no idea how hated he is

Carney is more dangerous. he has half a brain

    1. I thought Canada’s number one export was stolen cars. But what do I know?

Just wait until Trump outs a 25% tariff on stolen vehicles.

  7. Elite high society rich people have reaped a tremendous value from trying to make your bank account net zero. Electing Carney to the circus will help them achieve their goals.

    1. It’s in the works and gets a court day starting in mid-February. The court dates are Feb 13 and 14. The judge agreed with the plaintiffs that this should be heard on an expedited basis.

The legal challenge has two parts: 1. that Trudeau’s decision to request prorogation of the House be set aside; and 2. that this session of Parliament has not been prorogued.

The legal argument is that Trudeau had no reasonable justification for requesting prorogation. Please note that this court challenge does not question GG Mary Simon’s actions here. It’s long established precedent in Canada that a Governor General must accept the recommendation of a Prime Minister.

      1. “Expedited” hearing. Huh. Seems to me that the plaintiffs asked for this at least two or three weeks ago, meaning that it takes four or five weeks on an “expedited” basis.

Maybe we should “expedite” the judges’ paycheques. And bureaucrats’, too, until they get to work.

        1. Well now, you can’t just turn out this level of bullshit on a moment’s notice, you know, it takes a fair around of shovelling and sculpting.

  8. This guy is playing with fire. I’m referring to the very possible exposure of fraud within the banking system in pursuit of the Net Zero fantasy. Four of the five major Canadian banks (BMO, CIBC, Scotiabank and TD) have dropped out of the Net Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA) and the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ). These are UN sponsored entities whose members pledge to align their lending, investment and other activities with decarbonization goals. You may have heard that BlackRock also vacated the programs as well as a vast majority of the US banks that were participating. This all happened in the last couple of weeks.

Why did they all leave at once? Well, the US Congress thinks their pursuit of ideological political goals was a violation of their fiduciary duty. In fact, the conventional wisdom is that it is outright fraud against the shareholders. It’s a solid argument.

Carney, on the other hand is doubling down, which suggests any valid investigation and legal analysis is going to come down hard on him. So, he’s taking “the best defense is an aggressive offense” approach. I have a feeling that you’ll end up despising Carney 10 times more than you despise Trudeau.

    1. “I have a feeling that you’ll end up despising Carney 10 times more than you despise Trudeau.”

That’s a sucker’s bet. Banksters are always the most hated individuals in any society. Particularly those whose friends are all with hostile international organizations like WEF. I disliked Carney while he was Governor of the Bank of Canada years ago.

  9. Carney is a Keynesian, trained and accomplished at the grand delusion of managing an economy with an intrusive leviathan state nuanced so that an arrogant sociopath like him can accomplish his green agenda or at least destroy any economy in such a delusional pursuit. He’s a fascist as he believes in the melding of the economic power of corporations with the coercive power of the state. As a central banker, he did his bit to inflate and carry on the Keynesian tradition of priming the pump supposedly only in downturns but in reality succumbing to political pressure to do it in good times as well leading to ZIRP, NIRP, QE and eventually stagflation.
“There will be no more crashes in our time.” – John Maynard Keynes 1927
“The one good thing about Marx was that he was not a Keynesian.” – Murray Rothbard (economist of the Austrian school)

    1. Yes, but aren’t most “conservatives” also Keynesians? There’s a reason Keynesianism is so prevalent with politicians (all politicians): it’s a good excuse for the State to intrude into the market and deal out largess to cronies. “Conservative” politicians are still politicians.

      1. Indeed. Conservatives are mostly fatally compromised libertarians, where you rarely, if ever run across Austrian (Von Mises) or even the Chicago (Freidman) schools of economics. It’s worse in Canada due to our British (Keynesian and Fabian) roots and ties.

  10. The only problem is the criminal organization pushing the anti-scientific lie of AGW, from which they profit.

And I’ll agree with Carney that those who are part of the problem should be punished. With the punishment consisting of the stripping of all their personal possessions, prison time, hard labor, and in some cases capital punishment.

Carney qualifies for all of the above.

  11. Canada has had 2 PMs who were unelected. When John A died in 1891, John Abbott, a senator from Montreal became PM (1891-92) and then when John Thompson died in 1894, Mackenzie Bowell, a senator from Ontario became PM,(1894-96). Both men were unelected MPs at the time. In 1896, Laurier was elected and served until 1911.
