  1. Canada proper, is not for sale.

But everything inside or produced here is.

So stop conflating the two douggie.

That is a particularly stupid looking picture. Well done.

    1. I finally figured out who Doug Ford looks like in that hat. Elmer Fudd! The hat needs ear flaps and he needs a shotgun. Maybe Trudeau confiscated it. Elmer Ford!

    1. I like to quote Frank Zappa when it comes to the Brothers Ford:

“Stupidity has a certain charm. Ignorance does not”.

Rob was stupid, Thug Fraud is ignorant. He actually does believe that by emphasizing the former in Progressive Conservative, he will keep the later.

I just want to ask him if he checked this with Xi first…

    1. Excellent interview! I had not heard of David Knight Legg before his takedown of Coyne yesterday on X, but will be paying attention to him now.
He calls out the Libs and their media party on the foolish response to Trump and Smith.

      1. This was huge. Thanks for sharing. He did not hold back and I don’t think he’s wrong either. Facts.

      1. I’m reminded that Communist China also routinely devalues the Yuan for the exact same reason. I guess Justin Castro has learned his lessons well from the Little Red Book.

    1. Yeah, kinda like WalMart. Canada is not for sale… it’s just having an across-the-board Price Rollback via the exchange rate because of the awful leadership exemplified by Trudeau and Ford.

    2. Brilliant Peter! Nice turn of a preposition… and yeah … I received a 30% discount on my daughters wedding and still tipped all the key Canadian players generously.

  2. Liberal idiots like Slug Ford are following the scorched earth policy the Quebec leader warned against, they want to be re-elected and don’t care about damage to canada. Ignorance and poverty is our future.

    1. Morontariowe’s political options?
Stupid, Insane and Crazy. Must be something in the water.

    2. Sorry, but his name is actually Thug Fraud.

Please don’t spread misinformation, or insult slugs.

    3. I care about damage to Canada, more please and harder. End this dystopian joke of a country, whatever comes will be better than what is.

        1. Create an X account….very simple.
I have never sent out a tweet but have access to all of it.

          1. Shouldn’t need an X account to view this one. Spoiler alert, Stellantis just moved 1500 jobs from Ontario to Illinois. Despite the current state of the Canadian dollar.

          1. Ya agreed. And spend $5 a month on a basic membership to support Elon for saving free speech. You will spend more than that each month on stuff a lot less useful.

        2. Open in a new tab in your browser. Don’t need an account. But you won’t see the replies. I’m still suspended from X, Musk is not a hero of the right either, he’s still a control freak and censor machine.

        3. I don’t have an X account.
I clicked on it and was able to view it.
Kate, as usual, has an amusing cryptic comment at the top.

      1. Thanks Kate. That, there, is funny.
Oh, I heard Doug say that he is “moving Danielle along” on the ‘team canada’ shite.
That hat band is doing its work, along with the bud light and whatever else safeguards his bloated belly and rheumy eyed existence,
Sure am glad I left Ontario in the 70s.

  3. Other than the Canadian Dollar labor difference, can anyone explain why there should be any auto/truck manufacturing in Canada?

I’d be thinking that Trump’s next move is to influence all automakers (including European, Japanese and Korean) to build more cars in the US.

Last April, Honda was looking to spend $15B to build an EV supply chain in Ontario. With EV mandate fading, there would be nothing to stop Honda to scrap investment here and shift it to the US. That could include incentives for Canadian companies to move shop to the US.

    1. It used to be we had a skilled work force, cheap electricity, and the company didn’t have to pay for health care for it’s members, outside of the taxes, which used to be relatively low for companies.

Now we have a work force that doesn’t want to work, expensive electricity, and high taxes.

  4. If Ford really cared about Canada he would concentrate on getting rid of Trudeau in a federal election.

    1. Agree!!
Are all those Premiers afraid of Trudeau?? What gives?
Smith is showing amazing backbone and the results are in.

      1. No, they are as stupid as the Pony, their support of him was their “out of the closet” moment.

  5. Ford is part of the Uniparty (with a small c beside his name) and not a great negotiator, imo.

    1. Yes, but remember the name of his party, its still Progressive Conservative.

Unfortunately, the people of Ontario have no other better choices, they are all terrible. The current Liberal leader makes Junior look like a genius, and the NDP critter is even worse.

  6. If not for the corpse of Rob, Dougie would probably still be selling stickers and hats. Rob was always the better politician, almost as good as their father.

  7. To quote Bugs Bunny “what a maroon!”

Indistinguishable from Kathleen Wynne. I actually told him that to his face. I also pretended to mistake him for Dalton McGuinty.

A “Progressive-Conservative” (gag) which is not a conservative at all.

In terms of brain-dead, consultant-driven, tone-deaf political moves this stunt may – may – top his Covid response.

The only reason he’s in power is that his opponents are (1) super-duper batsh@t crazy and (2) balls-deep, super-duper batsh@t crazy, respectively

Ontarians – complacent, trusting, conventional – get the government they deserve.

  8. L – Premier Dougie Ford joins Team Trudeau, the circus clown, and Ontario loses 1500 jobs,
plus spin-offs, as Dodge moves it’s bigger suv production to the United States. Does he think
that his last name will prevent Ford Motors doing the same? The deindustrialization of
    Ontario continues apace.

Ontario has a Red Tory I.Q. Premier. with only Alberta’s Danielle Smith being both conservative and smart enough to negotiate with Team Trump. She’s the only Premier fit for purpose.

  9. There’s no ill that a “stimulus” program won’t fix, apparently. If that doesn’t work, it’s only because you didn’t borrow enough money. I can hardly wait.

  10. Canada is a kleptocracy designed to extract resources from the west so yeah I guess not. The eastern scumbags know that if the western plebes ever wake up it’s over. Also who gives a crap about Toronto scumbag crackhead politicians.

  11. So original.
Meanwhile Premiere Ford’s humorous “multi-million dollar” premature ad campaign (touting what a great ally Ontario is to the U.S.) is STILL RUNNING in the greater Washington D.C. market despite the more recent threats to cut off power supplies to the US. (The ad is weird in the way it presents Onario as if it was its own country. Ford doesn’t strike me as the type to employ intuitive foreshadowing.)
I’m curious to know how much the campaign put Canadian tax payers are on the hook for. Well… never mind; by the time I work out the conversion it will be obsolete.
Things are moving fast. It would ba a shame to miss the opportunity of Trump’s attention.
I recommend seceding if even only as a trial run. Hell, give it a shot. If negotiations don’t go well and you find yourselves landlocked and screwed, become a territory or state(s) later.
Perhaps a premiere from a different province will run an ad guaranteeing robust trafficking and border enforcement; that would be unique, doing the obvious. But no.

  12. If Doogie keeps up with the tariff wars we won’t be able to give it away never mind sell it, but China will come in and take over like they did in Panama.

    On another topic,
    https://www.tps.ca/media-centre/news-releases/61933/
853 Kilos of cocaine wasn’t produced in somebody’s basement and it sure as Jiminy wasn’t trans-shipped through the US northern border so how did it get into Canada?

  13. Thanks, today SDA has been quite civilized.

I’m thinking the Ontario auto industry is directly in Trumps cross hairs. He’s going to do whatever it takes to move those jobs to the US rust belt. Obama threatened Harper in 2008 with the same move. Bail out – or we move out. Forced, Harper bailed them out and he’s bitter about it to this day.

Ford is a lite weight. He’s not anywhere close to comprehending what is about to happen to him or what to do about it. Go ahead and talk Mr tough guy. Your going to get your ass handed to you.

    1. ^^^^^ This ^^^^^^
Think I called that out last week as an outcome. It’s an easy call, given Trump’s demand to “bring our jobs home”. The auto pact is dead.
      And so is Morontariowe!
My warning to one and all opponents of Trump in Canada is to be careful what you wish for, You Just Might Get It. Our politicians are too stupid and arrogant to understand that warning, right Garth?
      Dumb and Dumber

  14. Fat bastard is as dumb as a bag of hammers.
Needs a mirror to see his cock.
Needs a Liberal to make his decisions.
I don’t know which is more embarrassing.

      1. Probs worth checking his X/Twitter again this afternoon to see which side he’s settled on.
I don’t know if he’s spoken with AB’s Premier Smith yet, perhaps he’s seen the positive reactions she’s gotten in AB for fighting the federal madness.

  15. There are 2 Doug Fords. The one painting Trump as a boogie man is running for re-election. The other will be the guy who gives away the farm once elected.
