  1. It is obvious the world is already accommodating the Trump presidency that will begin on January 20th, a stark difference from the past four years of active opposition to the impotent and flaccid Biden administration.

    2. The “high speed” rail stations are too close together to ever allow the train to go faster than 60mph. And the only stretch of the train run … where it could get up to design speed … over the Tehachapis … cannot be feasibly built due to geology and seismic instability. And insane cost.

      But the CA voters are dull-witted leftist transplants from throughout this country and every foreign nation. They always want to be … just like those kewl Europeans … so they voted to sink CA (and the Nation) further into debt for a train ride from SF to LA … which can be done for $59.00 and a 50 minute flight … any day or time of the week. Yes. CA voters are stupid. Really stupid. Just look at the mess they’ve made of my State!

    2. Wow. 50% of the cost of a new home in Canada is from government charges and delays. And I thought it was bad in CA where it costs close to $100k just in permit, planning fees, Utility “capacity charges”, school district developer fees, homeless fees (yes, many cities make the housed PAY FEES for the unhoused) the list goes on.

    Justin goes to a cemetery to make arrangements for after he is gone. He picks out a spot on a hilltop and tells them exactly what he wants his mausoleum to look like and what materials he wants it to be built with.
    The manager of the cemetery tells him the price will be $1,000,000
    That’s ridiculous yells Justin after all I’m only going to need it for three days.
