  1. I disagree with Joe. Carney will be gladly jumping into the spot to push the Turd’s WEF globalist agenda. It’s all a bait and switch tactic.

  2. Jody Wilson-Raybould…
“When the general is losing his most loyal soldiers on the eve of a (tariff) war, the country desperately needs a new general.”

*There are 1000’s of quotations from military and history which would apply to what happens when a general loses the colonels, unfortunately the current general hasn’t read those books (and clearly he wouldn’t be thinking they’re addressing HIM), though I think Jody Wilson has had some time to catch up on her reading list…

    1. There is still time for Canada to be ruined further. So what if the General hasn’t read military history books? It looks like the Colonels can’t be bothered to read them either.

    2. Not sure if Trudeau has read any history books but there are 2 ways to be remembered in history. You can be famous because of your great accomplishments or you can be remembered because of your horrible failures (infamy).

It looks like Justin Trudeau and his Liberal Party has chosen Infamy as their historic legacy. Trudeau will be remembered as the most incompetent (corrupt?) Prime Minister in Canadian history and, most likely, the person who completely destroyed the Liberal Party of Canada

    3. There needn’t be a tariff war, if sparky would just shut his yap,and allow the boarder people to do their jobs, we’d be fine. But oh no, gotta beak off like a mentally challenged teenager that has never known discipline and dig us in deeper.

  3. Now that Sean Fraser resigned + #2 resigned, shouldn’t be some Emergency Non-Confidence Motion tabled out TODAY?

  4. My question would be: What was really spoken at Mar-a-Lago? Did Trump bring out the Intel papers on JT and read him the riot act? He looked like a deer in the headlights in one of the photos, like he had seen a ghost. It was like JT had been taken to the principle’s office
Did JT push out Freeland as part of that talk?

    1. Who knows for sure. But, I think whomever resigns from the Liberal Party at this moment in time will be living under a cloud of suspicion that they are one of the 11 on the list of MPs who worked with foreign governments against the interests of Canadians.

    2. That is an interesting question. #Twitchy led the negotiating team that irritated #Donald into tearing up the NAFTA treaty last time. He could have told the #Pony to dump her or face the wrath of tariffs.

      1. The phantom – that thought crossed my mind too. Could have happened. Either way, Trudeau will take the opportunity to blame the massive debt and deficites on Freeland. Now he’s on a new track. Vote for me!!

      2. I’m guessing there’s absolutely no basis for the notion that Freeland ‘irritated Trump into tearing up NAFTA’, though it is progress that you are essentially admitting he is an unfit child.

  5. And will Justin’s NDP lapdog still support him?

Until Singh gets his guaranteed, undeserved, fat federal government pension …. Trudeau is safe.

By February … all bets are off. Trudeau will go … and a spring election will be called. Singh will probably run again just because … where else can a clown like Singh get so much for so little.

  6. Gossip among the media types is that Trudeau himself is debating his continued prime ministry. Man that Trump fellow is powerful. He took out the French and German governments and now he is about to remove they guy in Ottawa.

  7. Potato going for broke and taking every Librano down with him. I predict Librano NDP merger after the next election.

    1. The “Liberal Democratic Party” perhaps?
      Talk about your oxymorons.
I think the “Climate Cultist Jew-hater Party” would work.
“The CCJ Party. Here for you but not Jew.”

    2. As for Turdeau, his odds of being Tru-done just spiked to 88% on Polymarket

Update (2:30pm ET): Canada’s CTV News reports that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is considering interrupting Parliament (prorogation) or resignation according to unnamed sources. The sources say he has spoken to his cabinet and plans to address Parliament later on Monday. This comes after finance minister Chrystia Freeland resigned earlier on Monday citing disagreements over how to deal with tariff threats from US president-elect Donald Trump.
If confirmed, it would mean government collapse in 4 of the staunchest, and most developed “non-banana republic” Western democracies: France, Germany, South Korea and now Canada. And, of course, we use the term “non-banana republic” sarcastically.

    3. Maybe but that would be entirely mutually destructive. The Liberals and NDP are not different degrees of the same thing! At least the Liberals weren’t. A merger would open the way for the Canadian Future Party honestly

  8. Is Trudeau throwing Freehead under the bus, or vice versa?

I reread her letter again, and it sounds like she ‘just isnt prepared to ignore fiscal reality’.
    Since when?
This is the party of “the budget will balance itself”.

This is Freeland trying to trick everyone into thinking she was a bastion of conservative thinking the whole time.
Trudeau is done. Freehead is trying to save gerself.

    1. None of what she-them is saying makes any sense. “Keep our powder dry”? Fight for investments and the jobs they bring?

This the same party that introduced the carbon tax? And kneecapped Alberta?

She was looking for an excuse to jump ship without admitting to catastrophic failure. Now she pins the failure on Dear Leader.

      Machiavelian Hobgoblin.

  9. So the deficit is almost 62 billion dollars. Apparently a chunk of that is land settlement payments to the Indians.

  10. Picking Giftzwerg as some kind of victim of misogyny is the wrong feminism hill to die on.

  11. Trudeau is done like dinner, but the Liberals will never be done, there’s no getting rid of them long-term because they occupy a wide space between traditional right and left, and can always whip up new support from that half of the electorate willing to give them a listen. Those of us who can’t tolerate Liberal Party shtick (on right or left) are the other half, and so it will ever be thus.

  12. good grief exactly. all this ‘loose talk’ about an election from those who still havent a clue the severity of who they are talking about. the despotic and psychotic level or narcissism.
put in the pinnacle of power in Canaduh by sufficient voters.

pulllleeze SDA wake up wake up with the ‘calls for election’ stop flailing at the windmill.
personally despite the additional damage ‘it’ will inflict my hope is somehow PP can reverse it and neutralize the worst of it.
    because

FORCED out. cementing the legacy as the WORST PM EVER.

    1. More likely to Beijing. That’s where the climate change fraud artist and Iraq food for oil shyster, Maurice Strong hid out, isn’t it?

  13. Perhaps the Liberals could visit the m.a.i.d. office and get a compassionate termination.

  14. “And will Justin’s NDP lapdog still support him?“

The New Democrats will kneel to Justin right to the end, even after the Liberals have abandoned him.
