After nearly three years in the courts fighting frivolous and trumped-up charges, Ontario Superior court Judge Perkins-McVeigh stayed all on proceedings on my 9 criminal charges against me on November 14th 2024.
The legal machine not only hates losing they are somewhat sadistic and get pleasure from punishing people with their process and trying to ruin them financially. The Ontario Crown, Etienne lacombe under the direction of Doug Fords Conservative Minister gave me notice that on December 12th that they will appeal Justice Perkins- McVeigh decision.
The State is busy making the data unusable to ascertain trends of vaccine damage, staying silent on the mounting evidence against the vaccine use on young and healthy people, the uselessness of lockdowns, masks and banning the availability and prescribing of low cost and or repurposed anti-viral drugs and cancellation and firing of those refusing the vaccine. Meanwhile, the show trials of dissidents continue. The old Soviet Union is calling and they want Lysenko back. Undeterred, from COVID, the State is also busy doing irreparable surgical and chemical “alterations” to children in furthering the myths of gender pretense. On this file, the old National Socialists are calling and Heinrich Himmler wants Dr. Mengele back.
Their lies destroyed people’s lives, their shots are killing and injuring people, and yet it still goes on.
The data is very clear that the vaccines cause no such damage and saved tons of lives.

Even Stalin tried for a time to portray himself as an “intellectual” by highlighting quotes by Simon Sebag-Montefiore about his own educational performance. Personally, I find intellectuals severely lacking , in most cases, of possessing common sense. And, I find those who place their absolute faith in “intellectuals” to be lacking in motivation as well as self-esteem.

I seem to recall there was a rule about double jeopardy in criminal justice. Except in Trudeau’s Canada I gather..
A new trial can be allowed if there is evidence of “legal error”. Look at poor old Guy Paul Morin who was found not guilty and then retried again. IMHO American double jeopardy is superior (OJ Simpson notwithstanding).

I think, when Doug Ford started, he was an outsider looking out for the people. Now he looks like an insider protecting his position. I think he stared with good intentions but is easily led, a kind of nice guy, but likes to get along with people.
