  1. You know how all this pardon controversy goes away, is bidens demise while on an African visit. Either in his sleep or Steps on a forgoton Angolan landmine.

    1. Yes.
The Dems have probably had Joe’s corpse in a refrigerator for some time and been taping a pen into his hand and Weekend-Bernie’s-signing all sorts of get out of jail free cards.
There’s so many phones to hammer, bathroom servers to lose and people to hang in jail cells they’ll have trouble finishing before January.

    1. This is Hunter we’re talking about, roaddog. Shoulda made it 20 years just to be on the safe side.

  2. Presidential pardons are a blight on a great nation. The process ranks right up there with the divine right of kings, the very thing the authors of the Constitution abhored.

The practice should be immediately abolished. It would help to bring some honesty to Presidential politics. All these pardons bring do is make the office look dishonest.

    1. And what about the Jan6 political prisoners. Pardoning them would be anything but a blight but a smackdown of the corrupt judicial sytem that put them behind bars.
Then there is all the lawfare waged by the deep state against political opponents. The US system, among other things, is based on checks and balances and increasingly pardons have become one of the last resorts to reverse blatant injustices.
Hunter Biden’s pardon is another matter.

      1. Sure, no president would abuse the privilege….
Obama handed out close to 2 thousand as I recall. Everyone deserving I’m sure.

The system is corrupt. The antithesis of what the Constitution intended.

If the department of justice needs reforming then fix it.

Rot at the top does not lend itself to reform.

        1. Who said anything about no president abusing the privilege. I was talking about overturning injustices. Learn to read.

          1. You mean like Paul Manafor, Scooter Libby, Roger Stone kinda injustices? Or Conrad Black for a little canadian content?

Maybe putting a President in jail would send a message that the system is getting cleaned up. It would send a message from the top to the bottom of the system.

I’m surprised that with the moralizing that takes place here that when someone proposes to cleanup the system and return to some honesty it’s met with outrage?

          2. No one here disagrees with the notion of cleaning up the system and returning honesty to it, so what WTF are you jabbering on about.

          3. woolfie: reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit.

The system is corrupt and needs to be cleaned up. Presidential pardons should not happen in a modern first world democracy. That’s what I’m talking about.

            You want revenge. Carry on

        2. When President Trump pardons all the J6 prisoners you may have the political support to amend the US constitution to remove the Presidential pardon or add a 2/3 of the House and 2/3 of the Senate vote for each pardon.

A reminder to change the constitution:

          Congressional Proposal
Two-thirds majority: A proposed amendment must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
Ratification: The amendment is then sent to the states for ratification, which requires approval from three-fourths of the state legislatures (38 states).

Should be super easy to do in late January next year

          1. There is nothing wrong with the concept of Presidential pardons. John Adams said that the Constitution of the United States was intended for a moral nation, however.

    2. What about governor’s pardons?
I think the executive should get to tell the judicial to eff off from time to time, when the worse thing that could happen is a guilty man walks free, but I’m sure you’re one of the “better a thousand innocent men be punished than one guilty man walk free” kinda guys.

    3. Yes, you’re right. Presidencial pardons do have an unhealthy odor about them. Similarly, the state of the modern legal industry has a negative aura over the coommon sense of justice. What is to be done?

  3. It’s too bad the midterm elections aren’t being held this week. Because I’d LOVE to see 50 House Seats flipped, along with 10 Senate seats flipped RED. Sadly, the voters will probably forget this sordid episode in two years, replaced by nonstop TDS

  4. Land of the free, where you can be swatted for using the wrong wood to build guitars, selling raw milk and…light bulbs!
America has forgotten that laws exist to serve the people, not the other way around.

  5. Indicted but never tried still a bucks a buck for the Clintons.

Marc Rich (born Marcell David Reich; December 18, 1934 – June 26, 2013) was an international commodities trader, financier, and businessman. He founded the commodities company Glencore, and was later indicted in the United States on federal charges of tax evasion, wire fraud, racketeering, and making oil deals with Iran during the Iran hostage crisis. He fled to Switzerland at the time of the indictment and never returned to the United States. He received a widely criticized presidential pardon from President Bill Clinton, on his last day in office; Rich’s ex-wife Denise had made large donations to the Democratic Party.
Clinton’s critics alleged that Rich’s pardon had been bought, as Denise Rich had given more than $1 million to Clinton’s political party (the Democratic Party), including more than $100,000 to the Senate campaign of the president’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and $450,000 to the Clinton Library foundation during Clinton’s time in office.

  6. Trump should pardon all the Jan. 6 folk, and all the Gretchen Whitmer plot folk, and throw in anyone arrested at Waco 1993 and the Bundy ranch in 2014.

    1. YeahBUTT
Pardon the Wacko pedo clubbers??? You are kidding right?
Those bassturds allowed pedo David to go full Jimmy Jones and convince the victims to stay put and burn to death.

      1. A condemnation by a man who hates Christianity as much as you do is, in reality, a vote of confidence for the rest of us, at least those among us who don’t hate Christians and who don’t believe the MSM.

        1. yeahBUTT
Hypocrite heal thy self. In here every one hates religion, it’s just what religion they hate, and that includes you.
I also hate bullshit outfits like mensa, bikers, and any other just us, not them types.
As to wacko texas, before davey took over, it was already a pedo club, and the wives of the married couple was being porked by the leader only. You should educate yerself to facts before opening pie hole. about 90% of wars are religious based. So religion is an evil club, that includes ALL religions.
After years of research into the JFK thing, I researched religious cults, because of McVeigh’s stupidity.

          Now FO thumper!!!!

          1. The bigot trying to tell the rest of us to “get educated” without citing sources or justifying his claims.
GYM… Your nonsense is only YOUR opinion, not fact. So why don’t YOU get educated and learn the difference.

      2. But you claim to be particularly attractive to 10yo-12yo girls? It’s almost as if you resent the “Victorian morals” of the Christian church for a rather specific reason …

        1. Ken Jerk

??????, were the fuk you git that bullshit from. Must be reading compensation deficit.

      3. Well now, I must say this is a red letter day. You didn’t use “pedo” and the Roman Catholic Church in the same sentence.
        *slow clap*

    2. Pay no attention to the bigot.
You’re right, Trump has every justification now to pardon J6 folks, according to Fox News.
But the American media IS NOT Fix News.
If Trump pardons J6, and I agree that he should, you can bet that the media is going to forget all about Biden pardoning his son to avoid jail time, and focus on the scandalous Trump decision to pardon “insurrectionists!”
Trump has little political capital to begin with, so he better be careful how he handles this. Look at all the condemnation over his cabinet picks, and he hasn’t even taken office yet.

btw… any idea what the bigot is talking about? I can’t

        1. Yeah, beats me too. The fuzz tried to storm private property and were beaten back. Then the fuzz burned just about everybody inside to death in retaliation.
Gymnauseum’s on the side of the murdering arsonists.

          1. the element of surprise was COMPLETELY BLOWN but the decision makers holding the cards were soooooooo intent.

          2. Luppie
The fuzz tried to arrest a criminal, and were shot at, which was more criminal behavior.
A man who walked out of the compound with his 14 yo daughter was interviewed by an investigative reporter, and his story said it all. Koresh had been raping his daughter from the time she was twelve , and when she was interviewed, by herself, her story was consistent with her father’s and both came across as authentic.
Oh, and Korsesh told them to sit tight, and stay, but a few just walked out, so why didn’t every one walk out. Bible pounders will lie like a liberal, to protect their emotional belief bullshit!

            NME666

          3. Bible pounder will lie, in the world according to GYM. I wonder what world would that be? Mars? Jupiter? Uranus???

GYM is certainly not one to deal with reality very well.

  7. Just remember, folks… a pardoning of an individual implies that the individual is guilty of a crime to begin with.

Biden pardon his son Hunter for a period of 10 years starting on Jan 1, 2014!

Think about that for a moment.

What position did Hunter take on 4 months later in April 2014? He became a director of Burisma.

Think about that for a moment.

We know about the stuff that Hunter was doing in the last 10 years. I have to wonder about the stuff we DON’T know about.

What we do know is that Biden is a compulsive liar. His entire administration is corrupt to the bone.

    1. The stuff we don’t know about.

      Exactly.

And the stuff we know (Joe’s a crook), but can’t yet prove sufficiently for a court to convict.

  8. But Hunter could choose to decline the pardon. Yeah right.
The form of this pardon is similar to how Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon (period of time without specifics of what crime). US constitution provides that the President “shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment”. The Nixon/Biden pardon form has not been court tested (interpret that the pardon can be open or must it be specific to an offence); I don’t see Trump wanting to test it.

    1. Mike
Ford pardoned Nixon, because discovery would have killed the CIA. 5 break in artists, and 4 were CIA, Hunt being the most notable, as he was also one of 3 tramps at the JFK thing.

      1. What??? No reference to “biblepounders?” I’m shocked, GYM. Just SHOCKED!

You must be losing your touch!

  9. Will Joe be pardoning everyone his corrupt department of justice persecuted, or is it just family members who are pardoned and not political opponents?
Nice of him to acknowledge that his justice department has been politically persecuting people…… though maybe he should fire those responsible.

  10. I can only guess that Hillary Clinton has never said “no one is above the law” but clearly that being spoken by her would bring down the house… and the memes would be endless.

Really looking forward to Karoline Leavitt taking over the President’s Press corps from Karine Jean-Pierre.
Looking like Real America’s Voice is going to have a seat in the press room too…

    1. When “blind justice” has been replaced with: “… no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute…” You know we’ve jumped the shark into extra-legal waters …

  11. I’m totally amazed that people still believe and vote for liberals /democrats……..but then maybe not !!!! Steve O

  12. Thank you for the nightly belly laugh. Everyone of them are classic effing lying pieces of crap.
