Surgeon General is a figurehead position. No one pays attention to them. So, I could care less if they put someone in that position that recommends leeches to cure the common cold. When the surgeon recommends something, it’s no different than taking advice from a certain neighbor of mine down the road who has a tendency to use gasoline to expedite the burning of his trash. I’ve seen him without eyebrows more than once.
That said. On basic principle, anyone who supported double masking without scientific basis and censorship has no business in a cabinet position. The latter being the more important of the two.

100% sarcasm. The single most SHOCKING thing about the government’s “Public Health” response to COVID is that they did not prescribe a single therapeutic regimen for COVID sufferers. None.

Certain top virologists recommended it as a prophylactic and for early treatment. Some countries readily supplied it to their citizens.
I also remember reading stories that covid didn’t affect African countries as much because people there took ivermectin regularly because of the parasitic diseases that were a commonplace affliction. In other words, they were already protected against covid.
Vaccine killed more than helped, actually it has been proven that vaccine did NOTHING for corona, AND it enhanced the chance of getting it!
Everyone I know who received the clot shots got covid, sometimes twice.

He seems to be a poor judge of character as well. His prior success as President has only demonstrated how really really shit our prior (and now current) government actually was.
As it would turn out I voted for Carson in early 2015. He had a bead on the globalists and I was particularly fascinated by the prospect of having Booker T. Clean up after W.E.B; an obvious comparison that nobody made.
I was hoping Carson would take this post if only to shine as an example during an awakening of Black conservativism.
The only memorable Surgeon General was C. Everett Koop as he was the only one to utilize the bully pulpit. Carson would do quite well and could potentially synergize Kennedy’s work.

Some think he’s already losing his marbles and is making poor decisions, but he might just be playing win some – lose some games with the Senate. He has also nominated pro and anti Ukraine war people, which could also be barking mad or smart strategic ambiguity.
I listen to the Surgeon General like I listen to any idiot talking head on any corporate or cable news. I’m more interested in Marty Makary. I know nothing about her but should we be shocked she said things that were only allowed through government and media censorship, direct your anger where it belongs.
