Trust in physicians and hospitals decreased substantially over the course of the pandemic, from 71.5% in April 2020 to 40.1% in January 2024. Individuals with lower levels of trust were less likely to have been vaccinated or received boosters for COVID-19.
…and those 40.1% are still wandering around wearing masks, taking covid tests frequently, and insisting that this fantasy is all real and ongoing.

Why did they use April? The pandemic hit months before that. And, 71.5% seems low as a base. Perhaps it was about 10% higher prior to 2020. Perhaps it wasn’t. But, if they are going to do a report based on a survey, it should reflect the actual initiation of the point that is being summarized. These same physicians are mutilating minors genitals for money. They are saturating society with opioids’. So, perhaps the 71.5% is accurate.
The other thing I have a problem with is that this is a national survey where the pandemic was approached and treated very differently in different states. So, if the totals reflect a overvalued amount from states like California, NY and Illinois, as opposed to states like Wyoming, Florida and Idaho…well, your results won’t be worth much (nor will your summations).
They could have been the heroes if they had just played it straight.
BTW, that was also the lesson learned post 1918. Transparency and truth matter.

Shrug. Our health care systems are a provincial responsibility, and they had already turned to shit before turdo and his sock-puppet premiers put the kiss of death on them. In Ontario, all major parties presided over the thirty-year slide to the cesspool.
To summarize. Governments do nothing well or cheaply. Canadian governments are more bloated, and full of even more useless people than most. Therefore, we get the worst, and pay the most.
The hospital is scary to begin with.. Then they put on masks and hid behind plexiglass and told me to get the clot shot.. 6 times over.. That was all about them.. Not us.. Trust that..

Lie to people. Treat them like total crap when they show up at the hospital looking for help. What exactly did doctors expect would happen?
I tried identifying as a bull so my local vet could treat me. He refused. Still I trust him more than any human doctor.

Some of the reasons for lack of trust that were listed included: people thinking the doctors had prioritized financial motives over patient care, provided poor quality of care and negligence, or were influenced by external entities and agendas. They concluded “Whether interventions to restore trust could increase compliance with vaccination and other positive health behaviors merits further investigation.” So, really, they are not concerned about actually BEING TRUSTWORTHY. All they really want is to find ways to banboozle you into taking their Magic Serum. Which is kinda why we don’t trust them in the first place.

And she always asks if I’ve taken the latest COVID booster … and demands I get a pneumonia vaccine, and a shingles vaccine I know my body very intimately … and I know I don’t need those things. Oh … and Statins! She wants me on TWO Statins … when my cholesterol is lat 80!! … she says she wants me at 60? WTH? That’s nuts. And that’s WITH all my butter eating … my GOOD cholesterol is top of the range too!

Obvious you are in the US, as you “have” a specialist of any type. In canukistan, you wait a year and a half to get seen by a clown too incompetent to make real money in the US.
If I get referred to a Specialist … I wait approx. 3-days for the approval to come through … and can usually schedule my first appt. in a week or two (faster if the referral is urgent). Yes, that’s on a private HMO … the kind that Obama and Kamelala say must be destroyed … so we can have a “single payer” … socialized medicine program like Canada … and their sister country Cuba.

It is all about controlling your doctor’s behavior and yours.Of course all these recommendations are based off studies which are completely funded by pharma and they own the results so no one can actually analyze what the real study data.
