I don’t know where you live but here in southern Alberta we sure as hell haven’t seen a $0.40 per liter drop. Matter of fact, gas prices have gone up since the Alberta gov’t reinstated their tax earlier this year.
That was my first thought. I haven’t seen gas prices drop anywhere, let alone a staggering 40 cents per litre.
