Trudeau Friends and Family

Blacklocks- Friend Was $200M Favourite

Irregularities included “failure to show why a contract was necessary,” lack of a “clear statement of what the contract delivered” and “no confirmation the government received all expected deliverables,” said Auditor Hogan.

Among competitive contracts “we found there was a change in strategy that made it easier for McKinsey,” said Hogan. “Those are the cases where it looks like it was done to suit them,” she added.

Blacklocks- Conflict Of Interest 186 Times

Directors of a federal agency dubbed a “green slush fund” had conflicts of interest 186 times, auditors disclosed yesterday. In 90 cases they voted for subsidies benefiting friends and associates.

Guy Ouimet, another Liberal appointee to the board, testified last December 6 he voted to award $393,805 in grants to a Québec company in which he had a direct interest. “We all declared conflicts of interest – well, not everyone,” Ouimet told the industry committee.

  1. McKinsey under Dominic Barton was the big winner of noncompete contracts after 2017. Barton is an old friend of Trudeau’s and amongst other things : He served as the Canadian Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China from 2019 to 2021. Barton was the Global Managing Director of McKinsey & Company, the global consulting firm, from 2009 to 2018.

Funny how these scandals circle back to a few key people in Trudeau’s past, a handful of politically connected companies and one big unfriendly country that Trudeau greatly admires. That country gets to set up police stations, infiltrate secure biological labs, collaborate and interfere with Canadian federal politicians, buy mines and such in Canada under mysterious circumstances, etc. with zero repercussions.

Not that this sketchy behavior matters to the eastern half of Canada. As long as the Liberals throw gold bars at Quebec, silver dollars at Toronto, pocket change and plastic beads at Atlantic Canada…then those voters will support the Liberal Party. At least until the money runs out and those areas feel economic pain.

  2. lm calling out OP for once again, this time failing to so much as *mention* the root problem being the stubborn intransigent blind support they get from justinough (get it? lol) voters *time and again* incl THREE most recent to engage in their rinse-and-repeat.

  3. And what’s going to happen?
    Nothin.
These Liberal Marxists have made the Adscam Liberals look like freakin poseurs.
What’s PP and the Cons gonna do?
    Nothin.
What are 30% of Canadian Idiots going to do?
    Vote Liberal.

  4. As Sir Les Paterson (Barry Humphries), quipped:

“That’s not a CONFLICT of interest; that’s a CONVERGENCE of interest!”
