Transparency Int’l’s famed corruption index doesn’t seem to recognize the corruption in Canada. They blithely yak on about third world countries but ignore ours.Perhaps they don’t have anyone reporting in Canada who isn’t connected to the LPC.
Apparently Canada ranks a 74 out of 100, on a scale where 0 is “highly corrupt” and 100 is squeaky clean. Canada is ranked 14th of 180 ranked nations.
