  3. bouncy castles on April 1st……..No protests will solve anything. Just what did the truckers protest actually accomplish, reality, very little. Canadians are soooo dumb it has become pointless to expect any real action from anyone. Someone with real concern for the future of Canada would scrap the carbon tax, stop all immigration, eliminate at least 25% of government and freeze all government spending. Read my lips, no new government programs and reversal of many that now exist. Carry on.

      1. BM, I was trying stop the sh*t that is happening now decades ago. People were just as dumb then and as a result no progress was made in keeping the growth and cost of government down. I will not expand on my involvement as too many people would realize who I am and I put up with enough bullsh*t over the years from jokers who asked what did you do?

    2. VOWG … I share and understand your frustration that conservative protests don’t appear to accomplish much. And the Trucker’s protest didn’t appear to change much about Trudeau’s reign of terror. But. I dare say that the populist European Tractor revolt(s) would not have occurred without it. Nor would have the beginnings of the rebalance of political power (in Canada and Europe) started without it.

      The Solidarity movement in Poland started with a single protest, and ended up toppling their Soviet overlords. And please note that the Wikipedia page gleefully claims the actual Solidarity Trade Unionists didn’t do squat, or have any further political influence. Yes, communists HAVE to write that crap to make themselves feel good about themselves. If Solidarity was nothing more than the quickly extinguished match that lit a fire … then it will never have been struck in vain. Have faith, my friend. Never lose your faith, and never stop encouraging those with the courage to put it all on the line.

    3. Well as a hated unvaxxed marginalized and spat on, literally. I noticed a big change in people once the convoy was underway and even more so after Turdo went on his rampage. I think the truckers broke the mass psychotic delusion so many Canadians were operating under. A lot of people suddenly understood how far Turdo was willing to go and realized they no longer wanted to follow him that far. You gotta give them credit for that.

  6. In regards to Justin’s migrants being expensive, I read in the newspaper a few days ago that Justin Trudeau re-introduced a Visa requirement for Mexico.

    During prime minister Harper’s conservative government a Visa requirement was introduced for Mexicans to come to Canada because so many thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands of them were coming to Canada and making BOGUS Refugee claims.

    When that idiot Justin Trudeau and his Liberal Party of stupid, naive, unworldly fools took over in 2015 they promptly eliminated the Visa requirement for Mexicans coming to Canada resulting in a mad dash of bogus refugee claims.

    This year, in 2024,starting immediately, the Liberals RE-INTRODUCED the Harper conservative Visa requirement and according to government statistics we are going to save, in 2024 alone, $660,000,000 dollars per year because none of these Mexicans will be allowed to come to Canada without a Visa and won’t be able to declare Refugee status.

      Everything is broken by regulations that our politicians are ignorant of.

    3. I read that many Mexicans came to Canada claiming refugee status as a way of getting a cheap vacation. After a couple of months living off the Canadian taxpayers, the Mexicans went home until next vacation time.

Re Justin’s migrants are expensive… Follow-up: CTV reports today on a Niagara Falls Hotel (Wyndham Garden) who cancelled a family’s reservation for Eclipse Day (April 8th) cancelled at the last minute because “the hotel is completely occupied by a very large group who have extended their stay.” Hmmm… The legacy media reporter didn’t bother to enquire as to the nature of the very large group.

  11. Is anybody tracking the miles (sorry, Kilometers) that Dear Leader is burning up with his private jet, for little appearances that could be done by zoom, like the rest of us had to do during covid?
    Comparing his yearly fuel consumption with an average Canadian family suffering under his carbon dioxide tax might be a valuable talking point.

    Therefore it is fuel consumption, as I refuse to use the term “carbon footprint.”
    It is a Carbon Dioxide tax, not a Carbon tax. CO2 is a clear, odorless gas comprising about 0.04% of the atmosphere. Using the word “Carbon” is a deliberate attempt to conjure up dystopian images of smokestacks spewing black soot into the atmosphere. Nope – a tiny amount of plant food. Which at one time was much higher in concentrations than it is now, yielding a more productive biosphere. This was before industrialization, and before humans spread across the world.
    Using their talking points gives those points a credibility they do not deserve.
