Methane — 0.00015% of the atmosphere. It’s a rounding error in the contribution to warming. It’s a trace gas of other trace gases. By the way, that “potent” gas reacts with oxygen to make 2 waters and a co2, so hardly a bad thing. “Potent” is a trigger scary word for the unthinking, stop using their language.

One thing people forget is that after losing the election, Lurch had a private meeting with about thirty prominent journalists to discuss the controversy that had ‘submarined’ him. If he’d stripped to his skivvies and showed them the scars that won him those three purple hearts he would have carried the day, but he didn’t do that. Details are tightly guarded, but apparently all he did was ask them if they were going to believe him or their lying eyes and the journos left unconvinced and in fact, peeved. Coming from the criminals behind the destruction of Nordstream, arguably the worlds worst environmental disaster, this is absolutely laughable. The West is just not a serious civilization anymore, and deserves to die a painful, slow death. Anyone who has a shred of dignity should be getting the hell out of shithole countries like Canada and the United States and seeking refuge in places like Russia where reason and morality still exist.
We are indeed at the “end of empire” cycle of western civilization. It’s not a matter of if but when, and how long we can keep kicking the can down the road.
