    the other cheek to deescalate things.
    why so?
    because ‘winning’ the fight could get you hurt and die of an infection.
    better no one gets hurt, better to quickly show one is NOT intent on carrying out the contest over ‘whatever’.
    so because the xian turned the cheek the situation deescalated.

    not so today. today we have surgery and medicines for after the mob scene.
    so go ahead and duke it out we got ya covered for the ‘touche’ stuff.
    and ‘turning the other cheek’ just invites an attack.

    the world we live in.

    America’s doctor” has admitted he was flat wrong. On Thursday, Dr. James Lyons-Weiler, writing on his Substack, Popular Rationalism, reported a stunning admission in a paper co-authored by Dr. Anthony Fauci.
    The upshot: mRNA vaccines are not effective in combating respiratory viruses. The Fauci paper, titled “Rethinking next-generation vaccines for coronaviruses, influenzaviruses, and other respiratory viruses,” was published in the open source journal Cell Host & Microbe in January 2023.

    If the leftists have their way, the unproven accusations already in play will be the only evidence, and anyone disputing these claims will be convicted of hate crimes. As Stalin’s right hand man, Lavrentiy Beria, famously observed: “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.”

    An abusive relationship is revealed, but it’s not what the leftists and their media toadies loudly proclaim. False allegations are asserted to further the left’s will to power. It’s as simple as that.

    Beria, if he were still alive, would be proud.

  7. Five minutes with every voter? Hardly. He’d get beaten to a pulp before he’d discussed matters with less than a dozen. It should have occurred to everyone now that Justin is a coward. He and his cabinet ministers have been hiding from public appearances for the last 10 months, because they cause riots whenever they appear.

  8. I see the #ThereAreNoGraves panic as a failure of basic education in science and the trades in Canada. Not a single article critical of the claims has focused on the most salient point: GPR cannot detect what they claimed. Period. The initial claim was as ridiculous as a biologist claiming that he’d discovered a new genus of bacteria using binoculars. It should have been laughed out of the media from day one.

    1. That would require knowledge, which the “know nothing media” is proud of not having.

  9. Just wait until one of these evs goes post toastee in an underground parking garage, say in a condo. How will they put it out and how much damage will it do to the structure before it is put out ? How will they deal with the toxic fumes ?

    Wait until the insurance company gets the bill and some corporate bright light starts calculating the potential liability to the company’s bottom line. Then we’ll see the waivers start, voiding coverage for fires started by evs. Building owners are either going to see a steep hike in premiums or their parking structures are going to have to go ev free.

    It’s only going to take one.
