Justin Trudeau’s backroom geniuses want you to see yet another clip of Pierre Poilievre refusing to answer a very insistent reporter’s question in Ottawa. The question, asked during a Thursday press conference was, “Will you dismantle pharmacare?” Poilievre, unable or unwilling to get a word in edgewise, simply walked away rather than answer.
The CBC is all over the pharmacare story and had an expert extolling its virtues, and callers praising dear leader.
“On Tuesday, hilariously, federal Health Minister Mark Holland admonished Bloc Québécois parliamentary leader Alain Therien that it was much too early to talk about compensation for Quebec in lieu of signing up for national pharmacare. “It’s important not to criticize something that doesn’t exist,” said Holland.”
Not exactly chump change I’d say.

That is why so many walls were up in houses with bedrooms and children running rampant.

Looks like Ruϟϟischeschweinen Pediration cannot take anymore of their “winning” (as described by Flintstone from 20000 BC):
According to the Ukrainian Air Defence chief, the sorties of Russian fighter-bombers have ceased, which is – no doubt – the result of the Ukrainians’ downing 15 Russian planes in the past two weeks (most of the crews presumed dead).
So, Freddie Flintstone (who said “Russia can still afford it, they are still winning”, clearly without knowing first thing about how planes are made and how pilots are trained) has made a fool of himself for the upmteenth time.
Russia has taken a city and 3 towns in the last week.
Now back to your regularly scheduled foaming at the mouth,
Like what city, loony? Do you mean Avdiyivka with about 30000 pre-war population (which cost the Russians about as many of their troops and 1000s of tons of equipment to take)? And what towns – villages where 200 or so people used to live?
Then again, I’m talking to someone who repeatedly (and retardedly) posted “Russia will conquer all of Ukraine” and “Russians are only progressing slowly because they aim to capture the infrastructure intact”, until he thought it was time to damage-control and switch to “this war is over, only mopping-up remains” (which was over a year ago).
The mere fact that after ridiculing yourself like that you still dare to argue is quite remarkable…
That video is pretty surreal. First something engages a single BTR (missile, drone?). The BTR proceeds to dismount infantry. Gets hit by a missile or rpg, knocked put and then a single Bradley mops up the infantry. None of it looks like a part of a larger engagement. These are like skirmishers from horse and musket era or before. We see it more and more, single, often apparently unsupported, vehicles hunting one another. This is against any doctrine I ever heard about.
@Surfer
Weird it’s those very same little towns and villages that were trumpeted as huge victories by Ukraine and the Pedo-globalist west in 2022,
Today it’s the exact opposite.
But of course when your governed by pronouns where boys are girls, and girls are really boys it shouldn’t be surprising.
There is a cold war era defensive command and control bunker complex located at Avdiivka. It is understood a soviet era defensive line was hinged by Avdiivka. The Russians have it now. I suspect the Ukranians need to retreat many miles west to hunker down in the next cold war era defensive command and control bunker that controls the soviet era defensive infrastructure along that line (wherever that is…).
In 2022 Ukraine retook most of the Kharkiv region (several Avdiyivka-sized towns), plus a large city (and a regional centre) of Kherson. It’s not the same as Avdiyivka and a few villages, duh.
You’re confusing the gains vs cost ratio. Even Tussia propagandists admit the Russian losses were 8x-10x Ukrainian losses around Avdiivka.
Ukraine gained Kharkiv with a hugely favorable ratio. Kherson wasn’t as good, but didn’t even come close to Russias Avdiivka losses.

3 defensive lines with dragons teeth apparently works as you “draw back” as well.
– Or so I’ve heard, but I’m not a military expert like so many here,
“l havent decided who to believe but my hunch is Ukraine still got lots of tricks up its sleeve to even out the odds.”
Really? And they are saving those ‘tricks’ for what, exactly?
Ukraine has nothing left now but what the West gives them. The problem with that is that the West is comprised of democratic nations, and their governments are all elected by the people…people who are increasingly turning against funding this war with their hard-earned tax dollars.
The factions that are making BILLIONS from this conflict obviously want to drag it out as long as possible, but the politicians they support financially still need the support (and votes) of the people to stay in power. The polls don’t lie, in this case, which is why a negotiated settlement is already being planned.
A country with out a Air Force is shooting down fighter jets a hundred kilometers into Russia.
A country with out a Navy has the famous Black Sea fleet leaving Crimea and retreating back into
Russia.
Russia is losing more tanks then it makes. It’s fielding 1960 T-55s, T-62s with no reactive armor.
I kind of approve of Ukraines active defense. Russia is losing 15,000 to take a town of once 30,000. ( US lost 9,000 killed in the Battle of the Bulge).
Move back 3 kilometers and kill another 10,000.
Putin isn’t Stalin and Russia isn’t the Soviet Union.
Yes, as I have said, russische schweine, apparently, decided that by “winning” like this, they will be left without modern (by their standards) strike planes and without skilled pilots even before the F-16s arrive to Ukraine (which are expected to make it far easier for the Ukrainians to hunt the fighter-bombers). If it’s the end of the glide bomb factor, then it’s certainly good news for Ukraine, which will get some breathing space before they can set up their own modern fighter force. Guided glide bombs were their biggest problem in recent months.
I am not that optimistic. Orcs will adapt again. This war has shown us that eventually some orc always develops a braincell and they come up with a new tactic. Those gliding bombs were dangerous and they are relatively cheap and easy to produce. I bet they are already trying to figure out how to increase the stand off range. So I think this will give Ukrainians some breathing space but this is not the last time we have seen gliding bombs used by orcs. They started the war with nominally about 250 Su-30s and -34s. I think that so far only 34s were spotted with those bombs but there really should not be a problem to adapt 30 for that as well. Maybe not the heaviest bomb though. We will know they have problems with numbers of combat aircraft when they start deploying MiG-29s. This hasn’t happen yet.
@C*******
Apparently they had left over shovels after thier defeat during the Spring offensive. They then attached them to glide bombs for improved steering, according to Rachel Maddow MSNBC.
Well, there isn’t much you can do to increase the range of a glide bomb apart from strapping a rocket engine to it, but then you’ll get a cruise missile, which are much more expensive. Maybe they could design conversion kits with lower drag coefficient, but I doubt they would even try. The glide bombs, basically, did the job of the non-existent accurate long-range heavy artillery for the orcs. As long as the planes were safe, their use was very cost-effective, but now it’s becoming apparent that the planes are no longer safe. Just yesterday, I actually thought that perhaps it would make sense for the Russians to cope with the losses simply because the losses will be even higher in the future when the F-16s arrive, so as long as they felt the small territorials gains they were making were worth it, they should have continued. Apparently, they decided the gains weren’t worth it.
Also, I think the planes are less of an issue than pilots. It takes years and staggering amount of money to train a pilot and they need to live long enough to gain some combat experience to get into their optimum shape. You can’t get new pilots by forcing the convicts into the cockpits.
“Maybe they could design conversion kits with lower drag coefficient, but I doubt they would even try.”
That would be my guess, they have something like a retarded man’s JDAM now, next a retarded man’s JSOW.
Another question is: for how long can Ukrainians defend their skies with the recent degree of success.
“they have something like a retarded man’s JDAM now, next a retarded man’s JSOW”
I don’t think so, as JSOW is a purpose-built glide bomb, unlike JDAM-ER or the orcish crude counterpart, which are both conversion kits. Glide bombs work well for the orcs mainly because the bombs themselves are readily available, you only need to bolt on a relatively cheap conversion kit. Designing and manufacturing a purpose built glide bomb is a totally different game where all their current advantages will be lost.
@Surfer
As SDA’s newly promoted military expert, can you please tell us why Ukraine isn’t dominating with its own airforce 2 years in?
Or maybe they are by your in depth analysis, like they’ve wiped out Russias navy.
Because Ukraine’s own aircraft are mostly Soviet leftovers with hardly any modernisation. Russia’s most modern aircraft are close derivatives from what Ukraine had, but still one step above in terms of engagement range at least (better radars and sensors). Plus, Ukrainian Air Force is much smaller.

I’m betting Mr. Singh is quite relieved that Trudeau has dropped mandatory sentencing for firearm crimes.
The likely possibility that he is not a legally licenced firearms owner, and the restricted/ prohibited firearms not legally obtained – is as good as a “get out of jail free” card in Trudeau’s Socially Just Post Nationalist State.

when will it be handed over to Ukraine to continue the pummeling of ill trained rooshins:
Camada handed some over during the summer of 2022. Very effective. Think of it as a ground launched glide bomb. Apparently the Ukrainians used them well past their rated range when the conditions were favorable. You can tell they’re being used when the artillery is pointed near straight up.
They have been using Excaliburs already. They are always in short supply and high demand but have been making orcs good since the first days of the war.

1. Eliminate Europe’s globalist elites.
2. Offer peace, protection and free trade to any European nation whose people are willing to accept it, provided they renounce, forthwith and forever, any objection to the right of the Russian people to exist and any claim to any any part of Russian territory.
3. Get rid of the rest. Re-populate their former territories with Russians, as was done with East Prussia,
Europe’s elites will fight to the last Ukrainian to avoid being tossed onto a train bound for whatever fate awaits them in Siberia.
“Get rid of the rest”. Genocide. The Russian way.
Well genocide and ballet are the only things they are good really at.
Nothing can surpass Bayadera at the Bolshoi!
Like what city, loony? Do you mean Avdiyivka with about 30000 pre-war population (which cost the Russians about as many of their troops and 1000s of tons of equipment to take)? And what towns – villages where 200 or so people used to live?
BTW, here is a video of a recent Russian mechanised assault: https://storage2.censor.net/video/3/020324_rewe_.mp4
Without the glide bomb factor, do you think it’s going to bring them a lot of success?
Then again, I’m talking to someone who repeatedly (and retardedly) posted “Russia will conquer all of Ukraine” and “Russians are only progressing slowly because they aim to capture the infrastructure intact”, until he thought it was time to damage-control and switch to “this war is over, only mopping-up remains” (which was over a year ago).
The mere fact that after ridiculing yourself like that you still dare to argue is quite remarkable…

Reader, thanks for this informative post.
a post lacking a reply option mentioned guided artillery, yes it exists.
when will it be handed over to Ukraine to continue the pummeling of ill trained rooshins:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M982_Excalibur
Camada handed some over during the summer of 2022. Very effective. Think of it as a ground launched glide bomb. Apparently the Ukrainians used them well past their rated range when the conditions were favorable. You can tell they’re being used when the artillery is pointed near straight up.
They have been using Excaliburs already. They are always in short supply and high demand but have been making orcs good since the first days of the war.
