Saturday On Turtle Island

Fascist China News:  The country I was born in.       Woke Britain:  Anglican Church to remove whiteness.

Dementia Joe’s America:  Joe Biden is a liar.  This week in really big lies.  What was Old Joe Biden up to this week?

Blackie’s Canada:  B.C. libraries ban a book they don’t like.  Justin wants a surveillance state.  Today Climate Justin burns jet fuel to Toronto, for a photo op with the prime minister of Italy.

Your morning meme.   A cartoon.

  1. Whoever made the decision not to purchase Grave Error for the library needs to be fired. These people are not hired to be community censors. The book is a serious look at the issue of unmarked graves and Canadians deserve to know the truth.

      1. joe, have you ever heard the expression not reading is the same as not being able to read. Stupid people concern me and stupid people lack knowledge and wisdom, you know those things you get from books.

        1. I noted to a friend in a phone conversation, that as I get older, there seems to be more stupid people in the world. She is just 2 years younger than myself, but she made the wise comment, that as we grow older, we no longer censor what we say/think. There are more stupid people in the world and I attribute that to the western world’s K-12 public education.

The teachers are doing rotating strikes here in Saskatchewan. I think they are overpaid, useless idiots. I was in the K-12 system during the 50’s and 60’s and my daughter was in from 1995 to 2008. As always, there are a few good teachers and the rest are propagandists for the liberal left. My parents and then I tried to counter that with our home lives.

I agree with “not reading is the same as not being able to read”, which is why I didn’t usderstand your first comment. Not sure if the first comment was sarcasm.

        3. VOWG; I think Joe was suggesting that you might have meant ‘…I would be concerned if anyone DIDN’T read books anymore.’ ( Or another way of wording it, I would be concerned if NO ONE read books anymore.)
As you point out, reading is a positive.

  2. The anglican “church” ceased to be a Church decades ago. It has long since been nothing more than a lefty social club

    1. I’m sure that’s true of the clergy, but I suspect there are still quite a lot of genuine Christians in Anglican congregations. And you know, all you need is three or more gathered in His name. There’s an Anglican Christian church haunting the vestments of the apostates.

  3. The Saskatchewan interlibrary loans has three copies of Grave Error in circulation. You may have to wait awhile to read it as it seems to be a popular book.
