    The hearings yesterday focused on the infamous whiskey tasting incident, where senior CBPA officials accepted invites from ArriveScam contracting firms to taste whiskey at a posh event. Yesterday the Globe reported that the ArriveScam contracted firms received over $1-billion in federal contracts in the past 12 years.
