DEI Ensures That Canada Will DIE!

If you’ve ever thought that not hiring the best people is a sure recipe for success, discard that common sense!

“There’s no evidence that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives reduce prejudice, and they may even increase it, says a Canadian professor who reviewed decades of research for a new report.”

“Proponents of DEI instruction make the bold claim that ‘it works.’ That is, they claim that it’s effective in changing behaviour toward the positive. That claim is not supported by the empirical evidence,” the study’s author, Laurier professor David Haskell, said in a press release announcing his findings. “There’s clear empirical evidence that certain aspects of DEI instruction lead to greater prejudice and even harm.”

Equally concerning for Haskell has been the widespread adoption of DEI initiatives without a robust examination of its efficacy in workplaces.

“DEI instruction is now aggressively entrenched at all levels of our educational system from kindergarten up to university,” Haskell told National Post in an email on Tuesday. “Core concepts of the instruction such as ‘white privilege’ and ‘implicit bias’ are promoted as verified truths. But the research shows that these concepts are not rooted in solid, empirical evidence. Ironically, the public organizations we have charged with providing factual knowledge are, on this front, doing the opposite.”

    1. Section 15(2) of the constitution allows for racist quotas for people who have been discriminated against in the past (not including Jews, the Irish, Italians, Catholics, etc)

      And it’s impossible to change.

      1. Jews, the Irish, Italians, Catholics were never discriminated against. If you’re going to re-write history, might as well go full speed. Haskell’s right, it’s worse now than 40 years ago.

  1. The new science says that having a crappy underachieving boss of Color will improve your racial outlook once you give it a try!

  2. That professor is about to find out the penalty for questioning orthodoxy in the west. He will be lucky to be employed within a month, and will have no research proposal even considered if he is. DEI is amazing a crushing dissent, along with society.

    1. That’s my fear. At least we don’t have to worry about him committing suicide in jail. Yet.

  3. What did you expect?

Think of what Government does well.

    Not much.

Studies show that your Governments and Media really got interested in Race in 2011-12. Media mentions skyrocketed around the world simultaneously.

Your Government has been busily “addressing” Race ever since.

Which means a smart rabbit would be preparing for Race Wars.

    And a dentist shortage.

What’s the easiest way to kill a country?
    Two Trudeaus.

  4. DEI can only be implemented by some form of quota system. It means selecting a candidate for a position based on criteria which have nothing to do with ability to perform a task. These criteria will be based on things like gender, skin colour or race but have little or nothing to do with knowledge and skill.

We saw this in the infamous Congressional interview with three Ivy League university presidents on the subject of antiSemitism. All three were clearly diversity hires and had errors or outright lies in their CVs. And as they showed, they were incapable of answering basic questions about their institutions. At least two of them have been summarily dismissed or resigned because of this.

  5. DEI = abject in yer face Racism with a dash of Woke Anti Semetic Arrogance included. Which pretty much excludes White Anglo Saxon (real), Men from competing for employment other than in the trade based sector.

Seems that in order to actually be hired as a DEI centered candidate, many boxes need to be ticked: For starters: An androgenous Trans female he/him/xir/xit with a lisping black boyfriend….or some such “thing” having a Diploma in womens studies.

I thank the stars my Kids are in their early 30’s…

  6. Yet another make-work study which confirms elementary logic: that most people harbour no resentment toward natural hierarchies based on merit. Socially engineered, unnatural hierarchies not so much, viz., not at all. Say, a Tucker Carlson vs. a CBC “journalist”.

  7. It doesn’t take a “revolutionary” professor to know the corrosive implications of mandating chemical / biological / psychological determinism over merit. Melanin, vaginas, gender confusion and pretense are not substitutes for knowledge, experience, drive, innovation, and other skills required in life and the workplace. Thinking otherwise is a revolt against reason.

    1. I agree John but I had a conversation at Tim’s with a stranger after I asked how she like waiting so long most everytime your order is placed and her reply started with ” you just adapt, or your angry all the time”, and continued with “how would you like to be raising young kids these days” She knows what’s going on but…..
there is such a thing as ” The Tyranny of Nice”
It has a progressive ring to it.
Your right of course but “happiness” matters more even if the lie, sentences your hard working responsible kids to misery over complete and utter nonsense.

  8. Start calling DEI/CRT for what it is: Repackaged socialism. And if it’s being taught in our schools from the ground up…who’s responsible for that?
It’s a rhetorical question because I know damn well who’s doing it.

  9. “There’s no evidence that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives reduce prejudice, and they may even increase it, says a Canadian professor who reviewed decades of research for a new report.”

    Yep.

During our last DIE re-education/struggle sessions (thankfully online so we can actually still get some work done – of course MGMT never calculates the amount of time removed from core services this BS takes…) a co-worker sent me a DM that she was “getting scared” about what all this meant.

Irony: I’m a blue-eyed Canadian guy. She’s a black woman from South Africa and as Christian and “conservative” – read “normie” as they come.

And yes, she’s qualified, and went on to mention that she’s tired of working with [names of two immigrant co-workers] who clearly aren’t, and doesn’t want to be “lumped in” with the unqualified or treated like a token.

    Nice going, Blackie and Gang…

  10. For four years I dodged, ducked, and finally flat out refused to attend the mandatory diversity training. Then I retired. Just about everybody I knew who went had the same opinion: it was demeaning and insulting. And this was twenty-five years ago.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better way to build resistance and anger than telling adults they’re nothing but a bunch of racists in need of reformation.

  11. Lots of jobs that require the best of the best.. Are you willing to die for bean counting equity?.. I’m not..

  12. When the choice is guard a gate or get sent to the Russian front.. Most will guard the gate no matter what is behind it.. DEI is the same.. Government approved 100% hate and you are supposed to do exactly what?..

  13. DEI involves “educating” minorities to understand themselves as victims of discrimination by whites, instilling in minorities deep feelings of hopelessness about their future and resentment and anger against whites.
And simultaneously openly discriminating against whites, telling them that they are simply paying the price for the life of privilege that they have enjoyed at the expense of minorities, instilling in the whites deep feelings of hopelessness about their future and resentment and anger against minorities.
How could this fail to improve race relations?
