This! I’ve mentioned a hamas surrender to different people and they look at me like I’m nuts. Hamas is the legitimately elected government of Gaza. The war ends when the government of Gaza surrenders. Once they do that Israel must stop hostilities by internal law. Hamas knows this but won’t do it.

That would be because those of us who are not on the side of the murdering, raping, torturing and hostage-taking terrorists either already knew about this or simply weren’t surprised by it, I’m guessing.
Hamas, aided and abetted by the Left, has succeeded in having Israel portrayed as evil for their actions in fighting Hamas. The end game for Hamas is not just to win the military conflict but to have Israel become a pariah state like South Africa was decades ago. Hamas will fight to the last Palestinian civilian.
