    1. Greg – I haven’t seen too many antisemites at SDA. I don’t agree with your point of view but unlike many progressives, I believe in your right to express your opinion. Have you tried CBC comments? Oh wait, do they allow comments?

      1. “Have you tried CBC comments? Oh wait, do they allow comments?”

Only on what their editors consider to be non-controversial subjects. If, for example, there is any sort of perceived ‘scandal’ involving Pierre Poilievre or the CPC, then yes…have at it. But Trudeau, Israel, ‘Palestine’ Ukraine, residential schools, ‘transsexuals’, wokeness, DEI, etc, etc?…oh no, sorry. Someone (whose opinion we actually care about) might have their feelings hurt.

        1. Fred – In this “holiday” season one could get drunk simply by listening to CBC radio on the weekend and every time the word colonization is mentioned you take a drink. If decolonization is mentioned take two drinks. You could randomly tune in to Radio 1 almost any time of day and still get wasted within 20 minutes.

That POS spent an entire lifetime shįįțing on Conservatives and those on the right.
For the record I didn’t even watch the video because I don’t care for one word that comes out of his filthy left-wing mouth

    1. So are you in all your comments on this topic today. The Palestinians are the authors of their own woes.

“How’s that working out for you?” Indeed when you’ve tried armed invasion three times and each one failed worse than the previous, it’s time to move on.

      1. Yeah cgh, the majority of them now understand that conflict and warrior like tendencies are not working for them, so in 1928 they came up with the muslim brotherhood idea of immigration invasion, and then out-breeding the locals. The plan is to take over quietly until they have sufficient numbers in the infidel countries to then take over control of those places. Note how many muslims are getting positions of power in infidel countries. We idiotically let it happen because of indifference and “toleration”. Eventually we will pay the piper for our toleration!

As to the current situation, Hamas hatred is so pervasive they just can’t help themselves, they just gotta keep attacking the Jewish people. If Israel does not wipe them out completely this time, they will rebuild and attack again…..and again……..and again. There will be no end until either they are triumphant or (we collectively) end them. It really is that simple!

        I STAND WITH ISRAEL!

        1. If the Palestinians actually succeeded in eradicating Israel, one of the Arab countries would invade.

          Or perhaps Iran (via proxies)

I suspect they’d be a lot more brutal than the Israelis.

      2. ““How’s that working out for you?” Indeed when you’ve tried armed invasion three times and each one failed worse than the previous, it’s time to move on.”

Definitely. Hopefully Ukraine has finally realized that they are in a similar position with the failure of their ‘counter-offensives’, and at least begin to consider some other options.

    2. He’s right and better yet that philosophy applies to all those out there complaining about colonialism and demanding endless reparations for the supposed sins of the past. We are here, we are not going anywhere. Move on and make a life . The mistake we make is trying to appease because there is no end to it.

  1. As I listen, and having read the first few chapters of Grave Error (C.P. Champion Tom Flanagan) I think of the Indigenous here in Canada. The same sentiments apply. Esp after the offical apology and compensation. Time to move on and actually make things better. But the left keeps these grievances going for their own power.

    1. There are many indigenous bands that have moved on, and are succeeding financially and culturally. I just wish one of them would use their status to open for-profit hospitals and stick their thumb in Tommy Douglas’ not-dead-enough eye.

  2. Another point. Say the Muslims were successful and swept from the
River to the sea. The jews really were removed from Isreal. Does anyone but the pacification class believe there’d be peace and harmony through the land… or would they then go back to fighting amongst themselves as they had for the 1000’s of years before Isreal.

    1. I’ve read their internecine blood feuds are just as vile. Too bad we get in the way. Or think we know how to stop them.

  3. “Can’t we move on?” is a polite way to ask “Can’t I just get away with killing you, taking your wealth, and raping your daughters?”

    No. We can’t move on.

    “We’re sorry, really.”

That you failed to destroy Israel and her God, perhaps.

“We’ll give you money! Trade agreements! Military aid!”

Because you think Jews only care about money? Speak for yourselves.

“Oh dearie my, what do you people WANT!?”

    Justice.

To be more specific, Israel will only be content when her enemies are utterly destroyed, their savage hordes die or scatter. Only then will Israel will be ready to move on.

And even then she will never forget what Amalek did to her.

“Will you at least accept we’ve learnt from our mistakes?”

Even were that true, what is that to anyone? Far better that Israel’s enemies be driven from the face of the earth, and that the rest of mankind learn from their mistakes.

“But we have the utmost respect for Jewish culture—”

You lie. Who shows respect for anyone by killing them by the million?

The Jews showered you with gifts. All you did with them was use those gifts to kill Jews. Hamas did no worse. No more.

Israel no longer cares if the nations hate her. As long as they learn to fear her enough to think twice before making war on her, she will be content.

You want a splendid little war? Go pick on some other miserable little country that actually wants wiping off the map. Ireland, perhaps.

  4. // “Can’t we move on?” is a polite way to ask “Can’t I just get away with killing you,
taking your wealth, and raping your daughters?” //
I believe Bill Maher is asking the Palestinians to “move on”. And the Israeli regime even has suggestions.

// Israel no longer cares if the nations hate her. //
As long as those evangelicals still “Stand with Israel” and the Messiah never comes
[in which case its “convert or burn”]

    1. dizzy
Yup, Maher is trolling the crowd, and some fools in here. Maher who is Jewish, did a great job , putting context to the issue.
Kahane the strapon ghost clown, is a mental midget who claims a Jewish heritage. But he is so hateful and spiteful that I question his claim.

  5. Izzat what passes for late night comedy now? For once Maher doesn’t have his head up his ass, but the jokes are still flat and the plants in the audience whooping and hollering at the Otttoman joke are just embarassing.

    1. Mutilating and killing their women and children motivated the Israeli Army to go in new directions. Have these people ever heard the word karma? What goes around comes around? I suspect the IDF ain’t taking a whole bunch of prisoners without the press around.

        1. Who cares? If you are in Gaza you are collaborating with Hamas. If you are playing footsie with Hamas you deserve what you get.

        2. BBC and the Vatican? Definitely HamAss propaganda then.

You like the Vatican now, dizzy? Xtians a believable source now? And the Catholic Church likes the Jews now? Sure.

  6. Man’s in humanity to man. Hell, I can’t even get close to remembering how often I have stated just such a thing. Kill everyone folks, when there is no one left it will no longer matter.

  7. I don’t like Maher. He’s a fckn dick.
He’s not that funny and as Pappy Gunn writes, his chuckle-fcks are pathetic.
But he’s right about the filthy Pals.

    1. Pretty amazing to see Bill Maher stop lying, after a whole career of being a Lefty flack.

I feel like I just saw a talking dog, almost.

  8. Maher has been sitting on the fence for a long time now. It must be uncomfortable.

    I really hope so.

  9. Wouldn’t it be ironic if Israel makes “from the river to the sea” a reality? Hamas, be careful what you wish for.

  10. Well, Bill it would make good sense if you were dealing with anyone but Muslim Arabs. They will die trying. Well, not their leaders but you get the picture. How about we look at a map from June 11, 1967. After defeating three Arab states who attacked them without provocation, Israel controlled a lot of territory and eventually gave most of it back. Maybe the Israelis should have taken up the chant, “From the river to the desert and the sea” Palestine will be Arab free. What other country would have returned all that land for peace …. and then not gotten any?
