  1. So many aholes and idiots to tell the people how to eat.
They are all just as damaging to society as the woke are.

  2. I would have sucked at being a physician. It seems to conventional treatment for just about any issue is “drugs.” For the life of me I can’t see the purpose for statins. The same result is likely delivered by offering the advice to eat more intelligently and go for a walk.

I wonder if a significant number of people aren’t more susceptible to the flu and Covid because they rely on artificial means to control the most basic of bodily issues and thus compromise natural immunity across the spectrum.

    1. Even though this story is total bullshit, statins are the most unnecessary and overprescribed drug on the planet. Along with thyroid meds and antidepressants. All totally pushed by the physician-pharmaceutical industrial complex.

    2. “. . . I can’t see the purpose for statins.”

It prevents heart attacks. By killing you from a stroke two years before you might have had the heart attack, but hey, you didn’t have a heart attack, which is the important thing, innit?

    1. I wouldn’t have ever paid attention to this if not for SDA. I have followedbd Nick Norwitz because of his work on ApoE4 (Alzheimers Disease) and Keto.

  3. According to the video, eating Oreos works to lower LDL cholesterol only in “fat-depleted” individuals. So if you’re not a lean athlete who can manage 427 push-ups in one continuous effort or run a sub-3 hour marathon … drive on.
