7. Allegedly the move to axe the leaf collection service would save $2.3 million, in reality, the leaves still need to be collected, so at best it’s a wash, and at worst it increases costs because now they will have to send out more trucks to pick up the newly bagged yard waste…

   The city probably could have saved a lot more money closing the golf courses they own that lose millions each year and convert them into parks “for equity”
