  1. So Jan 6th 2020, -worse than Pearl harbor, worse than 911, 6 people killed and Ray Epp is a Trump supporter. And after thousands of National Guards required to defend the capital for weeks from people who went home. And the director of the FBI still refuses to answer the question, were FBI agents and assets involved. Proving once again it is much easier to fool people than convince them they have been fooled. They tried to hide this.

  2. Elon Musk says X will file ‘thermonuclear’ lawsuit against media watchdog who said the platform placed ads next to pro-Nazi content.

“The split second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company,” he wrote on X on Saturday.

  3. “I don’t know if anyone at the cabinet table anticipated how this argument would fare under a “reasonableness” analysis with lawyers for two provinces, plus Dow Chemical and Imperial Oil, among others, on the opposite side. But the (Liberal/NDP) government almost certainly faced a piece of extra bad luck in having the case go before Justice Furlanetto, a jurist with hard-science credentials that include a master’s degree in biochemistry. She did not like the slippery game being played with the concept of “toxicity,” not one bit.”

      1. WOW! Doug are you completely dissonant with reality?!?!?

WSJ printing about wars and rumors of wars. How often does that happen?

I’m sure they’re wringing their hands in anticipation of all the money they’ve told you will be needed. And there are their useful idiots spreading the fear and pestilence which only they can stop!

        Right?

When will you stop the press from telling you what and how to think?

Here’s a hint; think for yourself.

          1. Learn to articulate what ever it may be that you intend to convey.

Since you claim that I need to

            “Lern tu reed, retard.”

I trust you can help, since you’re spoken of so highly and wield the keyboard with such ferocity.

    1. Nothing is more frightening than an all female effup team in any functional role. Take Kamala Harris. Please, just take her.

    2. Remembering back to the time when I was a boy. By the time I was 18 me and every other boy had probably started 100 fires and knew how to keep them under control. I believe the girls played with dolls as did the queers. It’s kind of like math. The boys did math and the girls played with dolls as did the queers.

      1. Undoubtedly the girls who played with dolls were learning social skills. Something some of the fire/math boys seem to have missed.

          1. Oh, I see. Most boys try to avoid fistfights after the first couple and use social skills instead.

It does not take much to change the channel. A bully was bothering my brother, so I grabbed his hat and threw it into the mud. He went home crying.

      2. How sad was your unusual type-casted youth! When I grew up, almost all children played rather freely in their formative years with everyone, using all skills. My brother and I did play a bit differently with his firetrucks, as I put the firemen or dolls into the trucks and he enjoyed racing them. We built different things with his meccano sets.

No one ever told me that math was a boy-skill, so I excelled, as did quite a few of my friends, girls and boys, who won provincial honour awards in 9th grade.

Riding bikes, playing ALL sports together in informal, mixed groups of friends (except girls did figure-skating and boys played hockey). We tried shooting a puck and the boys joked around doing our moves.
Baseball games and football taught me a lot about what boys learn in groups in the pre-teen years. Dad and my brother came to ballet recitals. My brother and I watch Sat night hockey with dad and then went square-dancing at the community centre.

For dangerous fun, we rode our bikes too fast, climbed into sandy river caves or swam in fast-flowing spring rivers, not setting fires, controlled or not, except in incinerators or the fireplace. Mom taught me to light matches safely at about age 5 when I became interested.

        1. I think the point I was making was that different people are different and those differences tend to be along the lines of gender. From the viewpoint of an adolescent boy, girls truly were from a different planet. Nobody taught me climb huge hip roofed barns and fall off them. Nobody taught me to play with fire. Nobody taught me fight despite being no good at it. Chromosomes sure seem to have a lot more to do with behaviour than what our parents decide.

    1. This is not new. The US, in some cases, will deliberately fund and provide other assistance for both sides or even more.

For instance, they provided intel for both sides of the IRAN-IRAQ war, 8 million dead. There have been numerous instances of US led patrols running into the opposition, which were also US lead, like in Lebanon before Vietnam.

  4. Rivian is floating $15-billion “phantom bonds” in order to build a huge EV factory in Georgia:
    https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Rivian-To-Leverage-15-Billion-in-Phantom-Bonds-To-Build-Atlanta-Facility.html

The $15-billion phantom bonds are not real financial assets. They are equal to the value of reduced property taxes Georgia has granted Rivian to build the factory — created through a web of complicated transactions. The fake “bonds” take the place of meaningful collateral, but oh well.

  5. A federal judge allowed a violent criminal to remain in Canada because, in one obscure government document introduced as evidence, the government did not use gender-neutral language to describe the immigrant-criminal:
    https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/federal-court-judge-deportation

The perp didn’t complain about this, Judge Richard Bell brought it up on his own. Even the federal Court of Appeal shot down Bell’s ruling. The first judge must be certifiably insane.

    1. Somebody is really begging for Praying Mantis 2.0. Same as the original one but with a lot more cluster munitions.

    1. Any bets she don’t spend any time incarcerated for the damage she caused and that there are no fines for this proud BLM supporter.

  8. ‘A real threat to democracy’: Iranian-American activist urges Trudeau to act
    https://globalnews.ca/news/10101227/iran-threat-to-canada-democracy/

… An investigation by Global’s current affairs program The New Reality – which spoke to Iranian Canadians, security and intelligence sources, and legal experts – suggested that there were upwards of 700, possibly more, of potentially dangerous Iranian-regime-connected individuals in Canada.

It also documented threats and intimidation of Iranian Canadians, allegedly conducted by individuals in Canada connected to Tehran…

    1. Shouldn’t that have read “135 Canadians of convenience“?

They mostly stuck around long enough to get their Canadian citizenship before going back home knowing Canada would foot the bills for them if they got themselves into trouble.

  9. A forewarning that these people live amongst us and the government are bringing lots more like them every day.
