Isabelle M. Ayala vs American Academy Of Pediatrics

Billboard Chris;

The American Academy of Pediatrics and several leading doctors are being sued for civil conspiracy, fraud, and medical malpractice!

Isabelle Ayala was just 14 years old and struggling with trauma, depression, cutting, and suicidal ideation when she was coerced onto testosterone by ideologically captured doctors who push childhood sex changes.

Isabelle has suffered from vaginal atrophy from the extensive use of testosterone; she deals with excess facial and body hair; she struggles with compromised bone structure; she is unsure whether her fertility has been irreversibly compromised; she still has mental health issues and deals with episodes of anxiety and depression, further compounded by a sense of regret; and she has since contracted an autoimmune disease that only the males in her family have a history of.

Under the AAP’s so-called ‘gender-affirmative care’ model, the charlatans named in this lawsuit advocate for the immediate, unquestioned embrace of a child’s chosen ‘gender identity.’

They also advocate for immediate ‘social transitioning’ of the child to the newly chosen gender identity, and encourage puberty blocking drugs and cross-sex hormones.

Notably, at least four of the six members of the Committee including Defendants Dr. Rafferty, Dr. Forcier, Dr. Allen, and Dr. Sherer —worked at pediatric gender clinics that prescribe puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to patients as young as 10 and

Instead of supporting the conclusions and recommendations contained in the policy statement with scientific evidence, they fraudulently and misleadingly cited evidence that did not support any of their conclusions and recommendations, and they knowingly misrepresented the known risks and dangers of some of the medical interventions the policy statement promoted.

  1. We really need to return to the fundamental basic truth of this issue (that’s become a problem). And, here it is:

There is no such thing as a transgender. It doesn’t exist. There are men who prefer dresses. There are women who long for facial hair. There are lists of cosmetic surgeries to enhance their “costumes.” There are hordes of enablers who encourage the outfit changes. But, at the end of the day someone who describes themself as a transgender (and by extension, something they are not) is merely playing dress-up. Adults who transcend this falsehood to effect minors are abusing their parental roles, bastardizing their professional roles, and abusing the child. They are maiming children in the name of something that doesn’t exist. Currently, there are no repercussions for such egregious acts, but there should be. Minors (who are in no position to make such life changing decisions) are the ones feeling the repercussions of their acts.

I don’t care if a legal adult decides to butcher themselves and present an appearance that should elicit eye rolls from the vast majority. That’s their choice and a reflection of their poor judgement. What I cannot tolerate is adults transferring their own shortcomings onto others (many of whom are in no position to resist). The mental health professionals who sit on the sideline supporting this behavior are no less guilty than those who actually encourage it.

I’ll say it again. There is no such thing as transgender. Actual science supports this. So, if I’m a bigot for not cheerleading a mental illness, then science in its purest form must be a bigot too.

    1. Well expressed. Except for the last sentence. Science simply is. Bigotry is in the form of individuals who misuse it, which means everyone who practices medical surgery to pretend to transition an individual. These people are monstrous, particularly when they inflict it on minors who have no recourse or are brainwashed/persuaded that this is better for them.

    2. The entire concept of gender as a psychological construct (rather than a linguistic one) is fallacious, created out of whole cloth by the p*d*ph*le psychologist John Money. There’s no such thing as transgender because there’s no such thing as gender outside of nouns.

    3. “There is no such thing as a transgender. It doesn’t exist. ”

Totally agree, Orson. These people need counseling, therapy and in some cases serious psychological help…but they *don’t* need surgical mutilation to make them appear to be something they are not (and never will be).

It’s even worse when they do it to children. I wonder where all the doctors with integrity and common sense disappeared to? They are nowhere to be found.

    4. There are two words/phrases that can no longer be mentioned out loud …

      1. Arab Spring … because how did THAT insanity turn out?
      2. Transvestite … because that’s what 90% of all “transgender’s” are … they’re cross dressers. They like to pretend to be the different sex. It’s a fetish, it’s not biologically based. It’s a mental … well … defect.

  2. I am hopeful that with lawsuits such as this one, the tide is turning on the trans movement. I fully realize that there are many young people confused about their sexuality. Who wouldn’t be in the social media world where there are so many mixed messages about growing up, becoming female or male, assuming adult responsibilities (or more likely ways to avoid being an adult including staying in school until Grade 25 – aka university, grade school teachers pushing sexually explicit discussions and let’s face it most teachers are incapable of having such a discussion), but the solution is not to push vulnerable pre teens into irreversible drugs and surgery.

    1. Lawsuits worked in Tavistock, England.

It can work on the sick excuses for expert Medical Doctors here, as well.

I find it interesting that for most of the 20th century, organized Medicine took great pleasure in calling and accusing any other health professions as “quacks” because they weren’t “real doctors”.

Well welcome to the 21st century. It turns out that medicine is the the biggest quack hypocrites of them all. Cases in point; transgender ideology and Covid vaccines that don’t protect nor prevent transmission.

They need not lecture us as experts any longer.

    2. “I am hopeful that with lawsuits such as this one, the tide is turning on the trans movement.”

The lawsuits from young people victimized by this scam and ruined for life are trickling in, one every month or so (mostly in the UK, for some reason). This one appears to be the most organized and far-reaching of the bunch so far.

  3. I thought interfering with a minor was a criminal act.
Any of this transitioning nonsense acted upon a child is definitely child abuse.
Those people ignoring researched facts and lying to parents need to be jailed for life.
    They are monsters.

  4. Unfortunately the educational system have indoctrinated so many children into the alphabet club that the damage and carnage will last decades? I read a poll out of the US yesterday that asserted: Young people between the age of 18-24 believe that the attacks on Israel was and is justified. That age group is exactly the age group of higher education, their anti-Semitism is bearing some horrible hateful fruit.

  5. If seems that these quacks forgot “first, do no harm” and instead were fast to jump on the fashionable transgender bandwagon.

  6. Family memeber went to the doctor desiring to transition. When the doctor was asked later why they had broken the law, which states that someone transitioning must “present” for a year before surgery, why that was not followed? Dr replied ” well, they walked into my office wearing a lumber jacket, jeans and boots, so I knew they were serious”.

Who has the greater mental issues, the patient or the medical community? Devoid of reality.

  7. Hopefully this is just the start of a flood of lawsuits that will put these monsters out of business.

  8. When the time comes, there simply will not be enough lamp posts. Its going to get REALLY crazy out there.

  9. As western civilization suffers a death of a thousand cuts, when we manage to put a band-aid on one of them, we pat ourselves on the back and call it a “victory.”
    SMH.

  10. That aggressive gender-affirming medical care on adolescents would attract massive lawsuits down the road was about as predictable as winter in WInnipeg.

  11. Actually, no one that I know has even met a transvestite, so this an inappropriate topic for children. We parents can handle this, not some alphabet teacher on a personal crusade. Some kids are uncomfortable about body changes when they are 12ish. Parents can handle this too!

They already early on know that some of their girl friends are more tomboyish, and some boys are more effeminate.

The bad THEORY that someone can be born in the wrong body is nonsensical.

This whole discussion should be dismissed from any school.

    1. Gee young people uncomfortable in their bodies – like that hasn’t happen ever in the history of the human race. Happened to me as I started growing breasts, happened to all my girlfriends, none of the boys in my class were comfortable with public speaking for the cracking voice problem. Somehow we got through it. And as I mentioned before we had supportive parents who had also gone through the same experience – no thought of saying’ we will stop you going through puberty with drugs and then you can have surgery to lop off your breasts and remove all your reproductive organs just in case you have a sad day!!!” Parents, doctors, teachers, social workers etc, all need to be held accountable personally for any advice/action they gave. Then we might get this silliness to stop

      1. Exactly! And sex ed should now be out of schools. It might have been important in the 1960s, when parents did not discuss sex with children. Not now!

Fortunately, my mom did as soon as I asked questions. My kids asked at age 4, so they got basic answers. I had to modify a few things their peers told them, but they hated talking pretty much in early puberty. I got the needed talks in, though.

MJM, I told my 11-yr. old daughter who liked to wear a t-shirt over her bathing suit, that “she was beautiful, and she should enjoy her new grow-up look, and if you have nice breasts, flaunt them a little”. I think that made her feel more comfortable. She also learned my rules, that meant that girls who are well-endowed must be careful to never dress like a tart, but a nice cute v-neck top or dress can be just right.

My son was not very concerned about voice changes, but some kids are.

        Parents can deal with this!

    2. Imagine the current cheerleading and social contagion leading to many more teenagers dying of anorexia nervosa, or walking around missing arms and legs because their body integrity disorder led them to an amputation of a healthy limb?

Those two mental illnesses are in the same family of disorders as people walking thinking they are the wrong gender.

  12. And again, as with most “social” problems, this a political failure problem. Politicians need to step up and use the legal system to prosecute the A$$holes facilitating the destruction of vulnerable youth.
    Criminal charges are required here.

  13. They are lucky, they are only being sued.
At some point some of these butchered kids are going to be very very angry at the people who abused and betrayed them.

  14. Has anyone seen a father at a drag queen story hour? Most fathers would be far away …

My theory is that this is a venue for weird library woke people and single moms with no community support.

  15. Next trans trend will be suing the doctors that destroyed their lives. Word is getting out that if you’ve been mutilated by these docs and hospitals you can become an instant multi-millionaire. I realize that none of these people have any sort of a conscience, but once they start getting hit in their bank account they will start thinking more carefully. Maybe.
