    She is Belarussian. But the same happened to millions of Ukrainians within the last decade. If anyone wonders why prior to war attitudes in Ukraine were growing increasingly pro Western it is because millions of young Ukrainians, (possibly their best generation) experienced a functioning (somewhat) state, contrasted it with corrupt dysfunctional russian mir and made a clear choice what they wanted their country to become.       These delusional portrayals of how idyllic (bison-dependent) life on the Great Plains was, prior to the onset of civilization are great comedy.
