joe, the insane idea of decarbonization should be laughed at and those proposing such a thing locked up in mental institutions.
Everyone seems to be making a big deal about the 5% off on new rental apartments that the glorious leader has granted the builders.
Never mind that will barely make a dent in the inflation from the past few years, followed of course by the run up in interest rates (financing was paying 8%, it’s now at 15%)
Every economic system other than capitalism is based on coercion. In capitalism every trade is made voluntary. I would be interested to know why that is immoral, and what arrangement is preferable.
