    1. Biden, “Listen up, Gayboy. Next time I cut one, you take the blame. We protect your sorry-ass country, you cover My Ass. That’s the deal!”

      1. Senator Eric Brakey also sponsored legislation that eliminated Maine’s requirement to obtain a permit to carry a concealed firearm “for legal gun owners who are age 21 or older, and for all military servicemen or servicewomen over 18 years old.” among other accomplishments.

  1. Earlier today Russian language media began to report that General Surovikin has been appointed to a cushy new job as Chairman of the CIS Air Defense Coordination Committee.

      1. Nothing like a good clickbait to start a week with eh? So the alleged failure of F-35 was that it did not identity a new radar operating at a previously unrecorded frequency. WOW, clearly F-35 is garbage then. That’s how ELINT is done, genius. You record impulses, classify them if you know what they are, record what is new and analyze it. You update the database, calibrate sensors etc. This is a never ending race, the fact that a fighter can do that instead of a dedicated ELINT platform makes F-35 especially valuable. Find me an aircraft that could do that better.

        1. I’d prefer a geosynchronous satellite.
Just say’n. Because with the amount of money we’re pouring into this thing and having to modify engines to deal with all the heat coming off this equipment, ( had that issue with EF-111s and I would imagine some of the A-6 platforms and should have bought that vowel by now). But any way here’s another link for ya to criticize.

…and to think, Canada could have been on its way to building its own Gripens.

          1. “…and to think, Canada could have been on its way to building its own Gripens.”

A nice enough fighter for smaller nations that cannot afford the F-35.

          2. Oh God, anything but Grippen. Only about 300 of those were sold or leased, that means that the upgrade market for it will expire much sooner than for the competing aircraft (i.e. F-16) and long after the last Grippen has been retired, upgrade packages for F-16s will still be marketed. It lost almost all NATO bids to F-35 and earlier to F-16. It is a nice aircraft but a very bad choice. Same goes for Rafale btw. The other problem with Rafale and Typhoon is that they are probably* more expensive than F-35. Also, I am willing to bet that F-16 and possibly F-15 will outlive either Rafale or Typhoon. And all three (Grippen, Rafale and Typhoon) offer less capability than F-35. Given the price and the projected life of the design F-35 is literarily the only rational choice at the moment, unless you really want to get anything as long as it is cheap and immediately available in which case go for FA-50.

*Contrary to popular opinion unit costs are notoriously hard to obtain given that aircraft are sold as part of the package that depending on order may include different weapons, maintenance, pilot and crew training, simulators (vs simulator time) and especially offsets and thus vary hugely. Also purchase price of aircraft itself is often estimated at about 30% of lifetime operating costs

    1. I’ve seen a few social media memes with a Liberty Safe for sale at $1200 and now the price has been lowered to $800, $500 or whatever…

It’s easy to see what’s going on with it, and those folks are likely in the NRA / Republican base, their gun safes now undressed.
Especially enjoyed the Liberty Safe full of Bud Lite, and the comparison with Apple was enjoyable to me, 90% of my family are Apple people.
There isn’t a shortage of made at home gun safes, and can’t imagine what the were thinking, perhaps just soft principles really and hopefully there’s a lesson here for others…

Also, Brandon Herrera’s video page is agreeable to me.

  2. Thank you for posting that, Robert. Some of us will never forget. Others are just too young to know.

There are college graduates out there that weren’t even born when this happened.

I was at work that day and I remember exactly where I was standing and who told me the news. I thought he was kidding until he turned up a radio at his workplace. Not a lot got done at work that day and absolutely no-one, all the way up to the CEO, was concerned about how little work was getting done.

    1. I had to leave work early that day. I couldn’t focus. I would imagine I wasn’t the only one. We couldn’t get much work done anyway, because the internet traffic was being choked. All I kept thinking about was that the world was coming to an end.

Well, in some ways, metaphorically, it did, when you think about the events that followed that fateful day.

The world is mocking @JustinTrudeau and by extension Canada.

“I’m going to shed being diplomatic, because when something manifestly insane takes place in your face there is no reason to be polite about it. Justin Trudeau has just shown you the finger.

This man has just come after imposing an Emergency in his county to crack down on the freedom of expression and the right to peaceful protest, and the rule of law. […]

You imposed an emergency in your county. Your father imposed an emergency in your county. Your democratic credentials are under deep question.

You were beating up truckers in Canada. You were freezing their bank accounts.

      1. No, it is your beloved land of vodka and honey (but mostly vodka, also it is 2023 not 2022), the prosperous country where everyone supports dear leader’s happy genocide… where despite not being able to export anywhere near as much petrochemicals as they want … they are still running out of fuel at home, Venezuela would be proud.

        1. My second guess was the Farmers Rebellion in Holland where the pedo-globalists you support are stealing farmlands from the people of the western world – yea the same world you apparently claim to live, where crime, Fentanyl and tent cities flourish and Oil & Gas prices skyrocket as they transgender our kids to “green energy”.

Who gives a flying f*ck about Russia or Ukraine, the west has bigger problems and needs our money back.

          1. Clearly you care as you either deflect as hard as you can (see above) or suffer from major PMS meltdown when cornered.

    1. My God the inhumanity.

They are finding dead bodies in cementaries.

It’s truly amazing that every media place in North America hasn’t been razed.

      The lies…………they burn.

  4. Will Trudeau / Freeland bow to Ukraine’s demands?
Ukraine Demands Extradition Of Its Draft-Age Men
Neither the Austrian, nor the Czech government is willing to bow to Ukraine’s demands and extradite Ukrainian men who have fled the war-torn country. “That would be a massive interference in our sovereignty, we would never do that,” a spokesman for the Austrian Interior Ministry said to Exxpress on September 7th. “Such a request would likely contravene Czech law, making it impossible to approve it,” the Czech Justice Ministry stated in the Prague Monitor.

    1. The Liberals don’t want to lose the Ukrainian vote so they’ll probably secretly send Canadian Armed Forces personnel to die in their place.

  5. According to his bought and paid for media, another plane is burning jet fuel to India to pick up Climate Justiin.

  6. 9-11 was a lesson in “Lemmingism” as I like to call it. All those who were told via the building’s intercom to remain in their office perished. Those who said “eff it…I’m out of here” lived to see another day.

  7. 911. Tens of millions of people saw what happened and there are still flat earthers out there who do not, will not, believe what they saw. Too many stupid people out there.

  8. Liberals’ tanking poll numbers ‘top of mind’ as Trudeau, Grits head to national caucus retreat

But if they don’t improve their polling numbers, they can always declare another pandemic and lock people inside and up again.

  9. Funny how the wrong type of Queen is being memorialized…in today’s politicians society.

Nothing on the passing of Queen Elizabeth one year ago on September 10th.
I’ll remember you as many others erase her from history.

  10. Court finds Mississauga man guilty of failing to report $3M on taxes
    https://www.insauga.com/court-finds-mississauga-man-guilty-of-failing-to-report-3m-on-taxes/

A Mississauga man was convicted of tax evasion for failing to report more than $3 million in income.

Kwang Won Lee, of Mississauga, plead guilty to one count of fraud over $5,000 for federal income tax evasion on June 27, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) said in a press release.

Sovereign Staffing and Talent Savvies provided temporary labour services in the Greater Toronto Area and used multiple bank accounts for their business operations, but only reported one account to the CRA, allowing Lee to appropriate some of the funds from the other bank accounts used, the CRA said…

  12. The Naudet Brothers 9/11 documentary (on YouTube) is also worth watching.

I will never forget that day as my husband’s employer’s NY offices were in the South Tower. After the attack on the North Tower, he called to tell me and for me to turn on the news. We were thinking it was an air traffic accident so we hung up. Not long after, I called him back, in shock, telling him another aircraft just flew into the other tower. This was no air traffic accident. His employer lost 176 souls that day.

On a trip to NY in 2004, we met up with one of his colleagues who made it out. He described how he was in the stairwell, debating whether or not to go back to his office to retrieve his “black book.” He said he decided to keep going down the stairs, thinking he’d get his book later.

    1. My first son was born 3 hours after the first plane hit the towers, as both my wife and I are flight attendants it will forever be in our minds and hearts.
