   Just so our Canadian neighbors to the North are aware, the Cabinet position of Seceretary of Transportation has been vacant since pResident “Let’s Go” Brandon was installed in DC as Groper, Pudding Taster, Stairway Inspector, and Depends Tester In Chief of the U.S.A.

   There’s a person who goes by the alias “Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg” who grudgingly allowed the name to be used as a placeholder for that Cabinet position. But reports are that the person using that alias has been on paternity leave since January 2021, so the position of Secretary of Transportation has gone unfilled.

   If you have any questions or concerns regarding current US Transportation policy issues, please call the US Department of Transportation and leave a voicemail with your name and phone number and a brief overview of your concern, and someone will get back to you as soon as that position is filled.

   Meanwhile, the person using the alias Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will continue on paternity leave and chest feeding a couple of adopted kids while the US searches for a suitable candidate for the position of Transportation Secretary.

   The preceding was posted as a friendly note to fill in any of our Canadian neighbors who have not been following US politics all that closely and have been wondering “Just exactly WTF is going on?!?” with the seeming lack of any sane and coherent US transportation policy.
